Extremely long queue times in store and the lady working the till was so slow! Lots of people talking and laughing out the back and rather than her ask for help, she just let the queue build. Took me 40 mins to pick up 1 thing!

Bit avarege this time, sorry. Part of my order was cancelled by ECPs forcing me to source from else where and when deliverd the box was left out side my front door ignoring the "this way up arrows" yes the box contained liquid. Why bother withthe arrow, your chosen courier doesnt pay any attention to them. Disapointing. So the out come is that your compentitor picked up the slack for the same price or less, for the sake of a decent courier I have to ask why use ECPs?

PURCHASING: Buying online was an easy process. The payment was taken and confirmation for collection arrived not long after that. COLLECTION: We arrived at the Burton depot (a 40-minute drive) and entered the shop front. We stood at the counter for a minute or so, when a lady in a hi-vis walked the length of the counter without acknowledgment. I called after her but she was long gone. Some minutes later (still without service) another customer entered. Within seconds two things happened; a staff member appeared and placed (what was very clearly my items) onto the counter. Stood at the other end of the wide room, I called to him, that they were my items. He ignored me completely, then began to address the other customer (who rudely), said, he was here for a collection. Last time I checked, I am neither invisible nor have a quiet voice. I shouted to the staff member that I was also here to collect those particular items, right in front of him, and that he was to serve me first, for the most obvious reasons. Once I had his full attention I was duly provided with my goods and we eventually left. It is such a shame that the quality of your face-to-face customer service is in such contrast to the online side of your business.

Satisfied with the service provided and product purchased. Regrettaby, nut and dust cap missing from one of the product packages which has more than likely been returned. Luckily enough I had one spare that allowed me to complete the job.

I bought some Bosch windscreen wipers which were well priced and fine. My order was a click and collect which was speedy. Where Europarts let themselves down was at the point of collecting when all that could be heard was foul and abusive language emanating from the warehouse. Not a pleasant experience. A shame because they’re generally a good company, or at least they were when based at Stanway.

Ordered a part using the website using the registration of the car, picked part up before removing old part. The part ordered was the wrong part yet this was the only part offered for my car. Went to a different store and was rectified within minutes and was told that part wasn't even for my car. Very professional response and was sorted within minutes. Wrong part was refunded but could only score 3* due to the online app but otherwise it would have been a 5*

Bought online and message received the parts were ready, unfortunately they were not. Only one person handling the front counter despite a Q of people waiting to collect orders. Rest of the staff were in the back office

The website kept on crashing so I had to borrow a works computer to generate the order. I think it would help if you retained the order longer than 7 day at the branch to be collected. All the parts arrives in good condition and were as described.

Ordered something and returned instore the next day as it wasn’t the correct part. Originally paid by Apple Pay , still waiting for my bank account to be re credited. Been over a week now !!!!

Unable to review the product as you’d like because despite advertising it and accepting the money you then deemed I was outside your delivery area so I would have to collect or have a refund. Strange as had delivery before, still got the refund and then cheaper at Amazon, delivered.

Not happy with the time I waited only 2 people waiting to get served in front of me took 30 minutes before I got served only one person serving customers and he had to collect the parts himself, definitely need more staff serving customers.

The price and ease of ordering make ECP extremely handy to order from. They also have a wide range of parts, budgets, and brands to choose from, this time brake discs, pads, and wear indicators. I should have checked before leaving the store, but I didn't, I checked when I got home, I'd been given the wrong front discs. It's a good job I did check before commencing work as this is the only car I have! The mistake was simple, the part no. I had ordered was 10422112A, the part no. I was given was 10422122A. So I returned to the shop, 30 minutes later, served by the same lady, who asked for my paper invoice, which I hadn't been given. I showed her my email invoice so she exchanged the brake discs for the correct ones. No apology though!

The headlight’s bulbs are easy to fit and worked, but definitely no improvement from the standard bulbs, therefore don’t justify the premium cost.

The app still doesn't work I've emailed the problem twice as I had to use web version and missed out on the app promotion of 10% discount as the items that are in basket and when I go to pay it says no items in basket and then says bad gateway on 2 different android apps
