I have failed to collect this product.has 3 times I have visited the store been 10-15 customers in que.on previous experience it’s took 20-30 minutes to collect when there’s only been myself in store.obviously very understaffed.found product elsewhere.next time I’ll pay delivery allthough product was only £2.78 but will save time wasted and petrol.

Product I purchased was fine, but no feedback to tell me it wasn't going to be in the shop on the day promised but 6 days later, so I wasted a couple of hours plus petrol on a futile trip to pick it up. Not good at all.

I ordered break pads, I left it too late to collect and they put them back (my fault). But I received an email to state it had been “collected” called the branch to be told that was how it works on their system and I’ll receive a refund in 3-5 working days (not a problem). 7 working days later no refund, I called again to be told “sorry someone hasn’t processed the refund, it’ll take 3-5 days now.” Currently on day 6 of the second “3-5 days” still no refund

Biggest issue here is the lack of easy access to the stores by phone. You have to call 10 times and you are not able to speak to anyone before being disconnected, or being left hanging or not even picking up! Another gripe, I purchased a starter motor and assured it was the right part to later find it wasn't. Then I have to return it but I live out of town so more time and fuel waisted. Then they order the right part which is £260 more than the first part. To later find I could purchase one 40% of their price.

Saw item on Internet, went to your Barnsley store waited 30 mins tobe served l person on counter??. He was rushed off his feet, he then told me you didn't do the item, so I left and ordered it online from yourselves. Poor experience really.

Another bad experience, unfortunately. Purchased serpentine belt to registration plate reference as wasn't able to read original old part number. When fitted new belt found old embossing stating 20mm shorter length. Error in database .Too late to return part as belt was already in use (it fits, length is adjustable on alternator). Surprise, 2 weeks later found database error has been corrected! Such a pity. Company with such a large stores network has got very limited offer and stocks (previous purchase refunded as was week late). They do brakes, oils, filters and accessories parts often out of stock Reminds me mis-managed Wilco

Purchased a pair of clim air wind deflectors for my be t6, on opening the box, I found the rubber /clip were missing, contacted eurocarparts, but they fobbed me off by saying they aren’t required, but if you look at climate video on YouTube, it shows they clearly are. Informed you of this but as of yet not heard from you. Bad service

Nice staff working in branch but when I ordered the part it states it was sins rock but wasn’t. Arrived to collect the part and stood waiting for the best part of an hour to then be told come back another day. The only frustrating part was they kept serving customer after customer and I was left standing around waiting for someone to come out and say come back tomorrow. Part is good and when I came back the next day they had it ready for me. Must have been a fault with the website and allocating parts available when they didn’t have enough stock!!

I luckily pre ordered the last 5 L bottle of -15 screen was after looking at the weather forecast. I bought on line and pre paid. On arrival there was only one guy serving on the counter with a large que. Not good business or customer experience. Could do much better.

Told me to come for the 17th and then waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it’s not ready and to come back tomorrow. They always have one person working the front and the wait takes ages

There is always at least 4-5 members of staff walking around but only 1 person serving customers which creates huge delays. To pick up click and collect order i spend 40 minutes in a shop

Vastly overpriced, got same standard including wiper blade for a third of what you charge. Quality, equal to your very expensive brand

Normally, this would be a good review, I've always had good dealings in the past . However, this time, not so good. Needed brake pads for our car - 2008 Honda Civic - assumed this would be a routine request - as normal, drove to your shop in carlisle. I was about to give details of the car, but I was told, not to bother with all that business, just the reg no is required. After giving the number, I was surprised to hear, that you don't do any brake pads for that car. A little dissappointed, I left thinking, it was just another one of those things you have to deal with if you run a 15yr old car. Set about looking for another source for the parts on t'internet. They were all out of area or needed to be delivered - I had the car in bits and would have preferred to just go and pick them up, somewhere local. Anyway, before I did that, I thought I'd just check your on-line shop - lo and behold, you had several versions of the brake pads, I needed, in stock and in your Carlisle shop. Anyway, I ordered a medium quality (priced) set on a 'click and collect' basis and headed back to Carlisle depot, walked in your shop and within a few seconds, I was heading home with the parts, I needed. A wasted trip and half a gallon of petrol poorer, I fitted the brake pads, which were, as usual, exactly what was needed and fitted perfectly. Moral of the story - if I were you, I would try to make sure all your staff, are willing to put a little bit of effort into finding the correct parts - or don't bother, it's up to you!

Bought a Valeo Silencio wiper blade from Euro Carparts Voyager Park Portsmouth. When I got it home I discovered the package had been previously opened and the item was out of its plastic sleeve and was damaged- the rubber blade was partly pulled out of its backing. Needing the wiper and not wanting to waste another hour in rush hour traffic I eventually managed to feed the rubber back into the blade. But it should not have been sold in this condition. I will always scrutinise purchases now before I leave the shop.

Getting too expensive. Can find identical items cheaper elsewhere on the Internet.
