“euro parts very good but del co del to wrong addres and it was up to me to find it ,it was behind a door at a farm 1/2 a mile away NO help from del they did not get back to me untill the day after I had to cancel the first day of my holtday they told me to contact euro car parts that is not why I paid for express del .feel del co did not care”

“Incompetent staff who are too busy partying in the back rooms to actually do anything, their website constantly lists items as pairs even showing images of pairs when its only one item, ordered x2 clips off their website for next day collection which they didn't have when i went and after 3 trips i finally got there and they said they had it just to bring me out one clip! This is a common tactic they use they'll make items look like a pair then when you get there they'll give you one then say oh we can order you another! all in all it took me 6 trips to my local ECP to get two metal rings, every time i go in my local store all you hear is screaming and shouting and people messing around even when there's a line of people waiting nobody comes out to help, you can hear plain as day what their saying as well which lets just say if you are a snowflake you wouldn't be happy. I shared my experience on Truspilot which they've removed once and are trying it for the second time and why nobody should use Trustpilot for reviews as companies just abuse the report system, my review was accurate and detailed my horrible experienced just for 2 small clips that ended up costing more in petrol than the clips cost all because their staff have 0 clue what their doing, one told me to come back in a few hours and guess what it wasn't there, another ordered me one and took payment but didn't put on there i paid so they tried robbing me out of paying for 3 clips instead of 2. Only time i will use these now is for service parts for my car or maybe i'll look elsewhere as it will probably take them 7 months and 97 trips there and back to get all the filters and oil actually ready for pickup.”

“Pretty much always have the parts I am looking for in stock. My only negative comment is whenever I go to my local euro car parts there is always a queue,they have two counters but only one is ever being used serve people so takes a while to get the parts”
