“I was very pleased with the service, and help I received from the Branch manager. However I am far less impressed with the new telephone system which has just been installed. Previously you could phone the branch direct, however it now seems that although you ring the local branch number, it is diverted to a call centre (presumably head office ) who then put the call through to the branch. I just don’t understand the logic in this, and having made two attempts last week to speak to the branch I gave up not impressed. The old system was much better !”

“I have ordered online a pair of brake discs which it shown that they were in stock, after nearly a week I went to my local Euro's to ask if they received my order there by mistake or something as I heard nothing ... to my surprise, the lady behind the desk checked and said that they were never shipped as they didn't had them in stock and in total, them discs were ordered by 23 people, bear in mind, none in stock even though their website said they were.... I went home disappointed as the lady from my local shop couldn't do anything really and told me to contact customer service... Once home, I did contact them and the advisor informed me that they didn't had any of them discs in stock and they ordered more and awaiting for the distributor to bring them back in stock so me and the other can get our parts... this was over a week ago now and still no news.... I'm one unhappy customer.... I had to get new discs of somewhere else because of all this... I just wish they would inform you and update you, not just left like that in the dark with no information, they happily take your money and then they leave you hanging... hopefully by Christmas I will get them discs 🙄🫤”

“Ordered online visited Treadaway site high Wycombe to collect the click and collect order and joined the mile long que for over 45mins while everyone out back shouting laughing and swearing will not be using this store again, I felt sorry for the one man serving and having to run around taking orders and running to get parts. Having to keep saying sorry, and when he asked for some help out front NO ONE came out. Very disappointed. If you visit this store take a flask and packed lunch you will need it!!!!!”
