“Not happy. Ordered three items, and booked car in for a service 10 days later. Two of the three parts incorrect. 5 emails, two, two hour chat waits, no reply Appointment cancelled, and still have the wrong parts. Finally having to go to PayPal for refund.”
“This is my first time using Euro cars parts for an online order. I did opt for the free postage but was disappointed that it 2 weeks to arrive. I get under the current climate things are different but what really annoyed me was the air filter was missing from my order. Ive contacted customer service via contact us link as phone number is an expensive number. 5 days on still no response. Having said that what I did get from my order fitted ok”
