“I made an order late Saturday night and due to circumstances cancelled the order on Sunday morning. Despite this the order was dispatched to me on Monday. I promptly returned the item unopened with proof of sending etc. They received the returned item and l was told l would receive the refund within 2 working days. 13 days and umpteen emails later and l still have not received my refund!!! I keep getting fobbed off with the fact it will be in my account soon and awaiting approval. Now my emails are being ignored! Unfortunately l now have no choice but to take this further. I dearly wish l had looked at these reviews before thinking of using this company. Never again!”
“The worst company I have ever had any dealings with, avoid at all costs! Ordered batteries for a mobility scooter on the 5th January 2024 for my disabled uncle , firstly the battery “singular” was delivered 4 working days late and they only sent the one not the two together which was promised. They then emailed me to tell me that the second battery / delivery had been damaged in transit. I took the decision to refuse all deliveries and cancelled the entire order before receipt of the first delivery due to it being late and the email concerning the damage as if I had accepted the delivery I would have been left with two heavy duty batteries I was unable to shift! It took me over four weeks and multiple emails to this company to get half of my money back totalling £114 pounds. They are extremely apologetic however Its now been almost 6 weeks and this company still owe me another £114 for the second battery, the damaged delivery that again I did not receive, sign for and was already cancelled!! They are now saying that until parcel force change the status of the second delivery six weeks later that was damaged, cancelled and never received to “return to sender” that they will not refund me. They have assured me within the last 48 hours that I will receive my refund by the end of next week but I have little faith in this information as they have already failed a ten working day timescale previously promising me a full refund via email. I have very little choice after endless communication with this company to take my awful experience to trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs they are absolutely shocking, they make promises they do not keep and I genuinely believe they string you along hoping that you will give up and they can keep your money. If I could give a zero rating I would do so.”

“Very poor service and terrible customer care.
I bought an item who was sent to me via DHL, and for some unknown reason was returned to the shop after days of waiting for it. I got an email saying the item was refunded (still waiting for the money to get back to my account), and when I contacted customer support about it, they basically told me I was on my own. They had no idea why the item was sent back, they just told me to order it again (but it was sold out) and to contact DHL myself, and never once apologised for the inconvenience. "Greg" was most unhelpful a bordering on rude.

“Battery sent from another country, instead of UK as advertised.
No correspondence to say it would be delayed by over a week because it came from Eastern Europe. Delivery took 11days !
No confirmation that it was a "Made In China" item, despite the advert giving the impression it was of UK manufacture.
No instruction, nor maintenance leaflet. All the printing on the battery was in two foreign languages. Despite asking for english maintenance information, Euroelectronics refused to supply anything.
They offered to refund the purchase cost, if I paid for the return postage (for a big battery to Eastern Europe).
Ebay over-ruled their offer and forced them to issue a pre-paid address label for the return.”
