Looked on line to make a booking, but Internet kept messing up, so phone and spoke to a absolutely lovely lady called Dominique, who was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with, She talked me though everything and informed me of what was on offer 5☆'s

I am so pleased with the service I have just received from a gentleman named Allen. I had made a stupid mistake when booking a ticket and cancelled the ticket instead of amending it which cost me £97, although I spent 35 mins waiting for some one to answer the call, I finally got through to Allen and what an absolute pleasure it was, he understood my situation and got me sorted out and reactivated my ticket. Thank you so much Allen and thank you Le Shuttle for employing such a helpful and pleasant person to deal with your customers. I hope that any problems I may have in the future could be handled by Allen.Brilliant.

The UK needs more projects like the Eurotunnel. Quick and easy, no messing around with variable sea conditions, just rock up, roll on and 30 minutes later you're in France. If only all international travel could be so painfree!

Very few cars traveling at night. Train was due to depart 3:38 am, arrived on site and was checked in by a member of staff 1:45am, went to the terminal for some refreshments, left for boarding to go through security/id checks at 2:50am. 2 lanes were open with around 30 cars queuing...30 not 300!! First lane moving at a snail's speed, then an additional lane was opened to check IDs...got through to boarding platforms (car park area) 3:28...4:45 were allowed to board. Oh, and mind you, only allowed to board after the next wave of cars were let on first!! No communication as to why we were delayed, but meanwhile the live updates on Eurotunnel web page for journeys from Calais to Folkestone reported 'departures running on time'. Very well organised indeed... wonder what the process is like when 2000+ cars turn up?!

This “service” needs some serious investigation. There is not a single day they run to schedule, constant delays for no reason, no warnings, they try to brush it under the carpet. They offer compensation but then refuse partial refunds (now I see why as it would be every passenger on every service!!) instead thinking you’ll travel with them again for a percentage off! As if! They’ve lied to me, threatened me on top of leaving me in hospital with 3 young children due to their delays. They’re beyond a disgrace and I don’t know how they’re allowed to even exist anymore!

The second time in 5 days delays upon delays. Next time i take the boat, at least when your on it you can stretch your legs and have a drink or bite to eat. Been waiting for more than 2.5 hrs before and then again 4p minutes on the shuttlr. Explained technical problem as usual. Never again

The French have so many things to be proud of. The Eurotunnel on the French side is most certainly not one of them. It is a shambles, disorganised and there are always delays of their trains of at least a couple of hours. It is freezing outside (-4C) cars have been queeing with their engines on all the time as it is inevitable. Shame on you the euro tunnel!

Diabolical!!!! Left sitting for hour and a half. No information. Boards all say everything is fine!! No explanation or apology. It's expensive to travel with them and you get treated appallingly.

4.5 delay on crossing to France and delayed again on return journey. Very poor giving information and I have used service a lot in past pre Covid. Next time I will use the ferry.

It never runs on time! The delays get worse and the communication is shocking - most people will have driven half a day or more to get to the tunnel (& I would guess 99% are in time) but then you have to wait hours with zero facilities and zero info!!!! It simply ruins the crossing between UK and France - use the ferries

I changed my car in the 7 months from when I made the booking and even though it was just a few centimetres longer than the old one these guys charged me £188 to update my booking. Total rip-off and an example of their monopoly power. Very unhappy.👿

Yet another awful experience with Eurotunnel. We booked and paid for our crossing several months ago and have since had to change our vehicle (through necessity) from an SUV to a smaller car. Called Eurotunnel today to update the vehicle registration on the booking and they are trying to charge us £147 for the privilege, (having already quoted us £37 last week for the same vehicle!) Usual rubbish from the rep on the phone "the system is saying it's now £147, nothing we can do" blah, blah... What a disgraceful attitude Eurotunnel! At a time when people are struggling greatly and the travel industry has had such a difficult few years, you are holding people to ransom over a holiday they've already booked and paid for! Suffice to say I think you're a disgrace and should be ashamed of yourselves. It seems like we'll have to try to find £147 from somewhere quickly, or not take our children on holiday this year... No wonder your review score on here is so poor! Thanks Eurotunnel, hope you are proud of yourselves.

Covid faschists, enslaving the humanity through their measures limiting your freedom of travel given by constitution. Completely illegal and unlawful what they are doing! Asking for covid pcr tests, vaccines in order for you to travel! Put this company down, prosecute them and put them to jail! Together with their staff!

NEVER AGAIN! Normally when I travel I have to change my booking and it costs £6-8. I flew into Paris then had to get my car so didn't know exactly what time I would get to the tunnel, so just arrived. They charged me full price for the one way trip even though I had already paid. NEVER AGAIN!!
