“Cristina was absolutely brilliant as a guide, she was nothing but helpful and friendly she became more of a friend than a guide and suggested really good places to go eat and have a drink if that’s what you wanted to do. The activity were fun and each country was beautiful we visited.”

“The Euroventure inventory was so well organised even letting me know when the Eurostar train time was rescheduled at the last moment. They also recommended an extra night in Berlin which I was so glad of, as it meant I saw all of what I wanted.”

“Euroventure have been amazing from start to finish! Every time I contacted them, I received a quick response from real people rather than being put through a series of automated responses. All my questions were answered before booking and they kept in touch in between the booking and leaving for the trip. The book they put together involving details of our trip was so helpful and they kept in contact during the trip also. One hostel they had arranged for us had overbooked, leaving us without a room for the night. euroventure sorted this for us immediately and sent us £500 to cover the extra costs which we were extremely grateful for. i would highly recommend euroventure and will definitely book through them again for a trip similar to this :)”

“Really excellent service from start to finish. I was impressed by how carefully our trip was planned in line with what we wanted and the whole booking process was really straightforward and clear. It felt like every detail had been considered. Everything went really smoothly on the trip - trains and hotels were great - we just had one issue with a cancelled train towards the end. Not Euroventure's fault at all but they were brilliant at sorting it all out and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were ok. They offer a very personal service and we felt very well-looked after. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.”

“I booked with euroventure for my first time ever travelling on my own, (Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest) and i’m so glad I did it. It was very straightforward for me as they booked all the accommodation and trains. Whenever I had any questions about what to do, their responses were quick and helpful. I highly recommend euroventure to anyone that is looking at starting to travel!”

“The highlight of our year so far! 🤩 Me and my partner loved the Central Europe Tour 🌍(2 weeks), we would recommend it to ANYONE! And we would even suggest doing the Whole of Europe tour (4 weeks), as we could have easily carried on travelling with this company and the amazing people we met! 🤗The whole trip was thoroughly planned and so enjoyable! Such a stress free experience, especially for someone like myself who gets quite anxious when travelling - I would 100% do again!🫶🏻 I met some incredible individuals, and the group planned activities were just what we needed to establish really strong bonds straight away! We have definitely made some lifelong friends and memories we will forever cherish! 🫶🏻💜 The creation of the WhatsApp group chat with all our fellow travellers beforehand was so beneficial!💬 It broke the ice and put our minds at ease about the uncertainty of the upcoming trip 😅 And our guide Cristina 😇 - was brilliant, super friendly, helpful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable - educating us all. She was available 24/7, and we had the pleasure of spending our last day in Venice with her! 🇮🇹🍷 She deserves a lot of credit for making all our experiences amazing and unforgettable! “Trip of a lifetime. I have made the most special memories and lifelong friends. I would recommend Euroventure to everyone! Arriving in London alone before the trip began was made far less daunting by the ease of booking, clear itinerary and the great advice on the website for planning and packing etc! Cristina was absolutely fabulous!! She took the stress out of the whole trip which made it even more enjoyable! Even when something went slightly wrong or something happened, Cristina always had a smile on her face and helped us through (even after 3 hours sat in a hospital waiting room after I got bitten by a horse). Thank you Cristina, for everything! I feel so grateful to have had the experience and the endless fun that I did!! I will definitely be travelling with Euroventure again in the future!”

“The entire trip was extremely well planned and so we didn’t need to contact them at any point but we felt safe in the knowledge that there was a 24/7 line we could call should anything go wrong. Every hostel was lovely and any questions I had before the trip were answered quickly and clearly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.”

“What an amazing experience I had with Euroventure on the Western Europe tour! Our guide, Cristina was so much fun and so helpful throughout the trip. When I missed the train in Milan (purely my fault) Cristina and the rest of the staff at Euroventure were on top of it and I quickly had new travel arrangements and was easily able to get caught up with the group. Traveling alone can seem daunting for a lot of people but I never felt alone thanks to Cristina and the amazing group of people that I met the through this experience. I would do it all again in a heartbeat!”

“customer service was awful. booked different travel to what we paid for, i emailed and said this and was told i was wrong. i was actually correct, but got told i was reading the email wrong. i told them there is only one way to read the email and they said oh yeah you’re right. then later told me he was meaning a different email but only one had been exchanged. asked for seat reservations, wasn’t booked for us but others travelling had them? asked for en-suites, these were available but not booked. when asked to be booked on what we asked, they said they would out of a “gesture of good will” - when that’s exactly what we should’ve been booked on the first time. after complaining i then received another email apologising for us feeling like they were being rude and condescending, instead of realising that they should’ve just booked what we asked for. asked for a manager and got an email back from the same man we’d been emailing all along. overall, customer service when organising was good. but once booked and on the trip they added so much more stress to our journey. as first time travellers we paid them to book what we wanted and they didn’t. they added so much more stress onto our journey and are still trying to explain and justify their actions, when they should’ve just done what’ we asked for.”

Hi there, We're sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with your Euroventure experience, including the customer service, accommodation and transport arrangements in relation to your recent trip. Whilst of course we would prefer to hear that everything has been perfect for you, thank you nevertheless for taking the time to let us know your thoughts and feedback; good or bad, this does help us to improve as a small business. First of all we would like to extend our apologies that the one change of transport from Budapest to Zagreb wasn't better communicated, and at first was stated on your booking summary that this would be a train. As we have explained in previous emails, a bus with seat reservations was booked instead as this is the quickest way to travel on this route, features no connections or changes and also corresponded with your travel preferences of when you would like to depart each city. The most suitable train would have otherwise left mid-afternoon and taken two hours longer. Nevertheless, whilst the bus was the most suitable travel option, we apologise again that this wasn't made clearer that this could have been a possibility at the time of booking and have since updated our booking systems and processes. During our conversations, we did offer to instead book you this train after you told us you weren't happy with the bus, but you instead opted to travel by bus. Where it was possible through our systems and partners, you were booked into ensuites in each of your accommodations. You paid for private hostel rooms - the only way to guarantee you have ensuites in all of your rooms, is to book a hotel package. This is stated clearly at the time of booking and we have emphasized this point throughout our conversations since. I appreciate this was important to you, and our team relayed this request to our partners several times to ensure they also allocated you these rooms where they could. You were allocated ensuite rooms in the majority of your hostels. In relation to your FlixBus seat reservations, we have explained that at the time of us booking the trip, not all bus reservations are available to purchase. As such, we do not charge for reservations where your journey is a bus - but we still do buy these where possible, if you have indicated you would like all possible reservations. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, so I'm sorry that you haven't been happy with how you have been treated. Please note that we have tried to explain things at each step and answer all of your queries and concerns, as well as reitterate that you received the trip that you paid for. I am again sorry that you are not happy that it is me replying to your complaints again - this is my job in my role of Head of Customer Service here at Euroventure, after your initial complaints were escalated to me. I have since also replied to your further email with instructions on how you can escalate your complaints further, should you wish. Best wishes, Alex

“We were so happy with our trip. It was our first time staying in hostels but all of them were so nice and in such good locations so we always had things like shops near us. During our trip we went to several cities and we were so impressed at how it was organised as by the time we got to another city we could drop our bags at our hostel and go again. The only reason it isn't a 5 is because our last trip involved 2 long trains and we know we could of got a direct train but this by no means would stop me using Euroventure again. I also loved our little travel pack and all the info and tips we received, plus when I had to change our trip dates the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend traveling with Euroventure!”

“Overall amazing experience. I met so many like minded travellers within our group. It was great to have all accommodation and travel booked in advance and taken care of by our group leader Catherine. It made travelling very easy, and it also gave me the confidence for travelling in the future. Catherine gave us great advice on what to visit and where to eat which was brilliant. It was overall a very safe way to travel, and brilliant way to meet people. I would book again with Euroventure!!”
