Went on the Whole of Europe Tour last summer and it was the best month of my life! Saw all the best cities in Europe and have made friends for life that I'm still in touch with now and were going to go travelling again together. Hostels were great fun, nightlife was amazing and i loved travelling with the group and our tour guide Vera was the best! Thanks guys!

Wonderful customer service, I planned my trip with Chloe and she had really great advice on my destinations and how to reorder my route to be the most efficient, ensuring we had enough time in each place. We chose to go for a mix of 3 and 4* hotels and were actually upgraded in several places to 4 or even 5-star hotels! Our family had a lovely time and the hotels were all absolutely fantastic. We're already planning our next adventure!

Thank you so much to my tour leader Teya for the best trip ever! I did the Mediterranean Coastliner group tour and had the best month with really great people! Teya was super fun and helpful and it was really nice to have a tour leader to take the stress out of everything so we could just enjoy ourselves!

Had the best time on my custom trip with Euroventure last month! The hostels were all very central, clean and safe and I opted for female dorms as well. The travel pack had all the information for the hostels as well as how to use my interrail pass and any questions i had were answered quickly and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait for my next trip!

If I could leave a negative review I would. Absolutely trash customer service. -10.. would not recommend to anyone. I had a family emergency arise which cut my would be 3 month vacation short. My travel partner merged mine and her trip together. Making her the *lead booker* which in turn gave her all the control and vet my booking that I paid for. And tbr company did nothing to help the situation. I never gave authorization or permission to have my trip merged with my travel companion. Essentially my 4 week trip that I paid for was swapped to someone who didn’t pay an anything for it and they will be taking my trip. Because I unfortunately had a family emergency and had to come home. Be careful who you travel with I guess. But this company is trash!!! I’m

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the customer service you've received from Euroventure. I have emailed you to explain all of your concerns in depth following on from your phonecalls yesterday, but received no reply to that email; so I'm sorry to see that you've instead decided to leave a negative review. As per our terms and conditions, the lead booker is responsible for all decisions relating to their party and as explained at the time of booking, all communication primarily goes through them. This is to avoid any confusion or miscommunication - this policy remains the same regardless of whether there is two people in a travelling party or 10. The lead booker of your party got in touch with us to advise that due to an emergency you were unable to take the trip with them, and asked what their options were. Due to how close this was to your departure date, they were advised that the only way we'd be able to help is by making a name change, where they would also have to cover the costs for any tickets to be reprinted. This was then swiftly progressed without any issue. As it happens, you also got in touch a few days later to state that you were unable to attend the trip due to a family emergency. You mentioned in that email that you knew the lead booker had already been in contact with us regarding this matter, but you wanted "to make sure this is possible". When we advised this had been sorted and there was nothing else you needed to do or worry about, you thanked us for our help and the conversation ended there. This was last month - I'm not sure entirely what has changed since you decided to get in touch with us yesterday, 3 days prior to your departure date, but at such late notice there is nothing we can do to help - even if we had the lead booker's authorisation. If there has been an issue between yourself and the lead booker since everything was sorted last month then, respectfully, that would be an issue for you to sort out between yourselves. We can completely understand your disappointment at not travelling as planned, especially if you are now again able to, but please understand that Euroventure has done nothing wrong in this circumstance. We have abided strictly by our terms and conditions and kept the lead booker informed, as usual, at each step of your Euroventure journey and booking process. Kind regards, Alex

This was my first time employing a service to plan a vacation. After years of being Chief Director for me and my family - what a relief this was! The trip was absolutely marvelous, I was happy with all of our destinations; our lodgings and tours were all unique and lovely. It was so nice to have all the details taken care of, and it made our travels super easy. 10/10 would recommend!

We had the best time ever on our Whole Hog trip with Euroventure! Everything was planned perfectly and they asked us for our preferences for train times and hostels so it was customised to us which was really nice. We got a personalised travel pack 6 weeks before which had our names on and was so cute! but they'd updated us on our accommodation way before that so we already knew where we'd be staying. Hostels were lovely, super clean and safe and a great place to make new friends. Any questions I had were answered fast and the team were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

Euroventure are nothing short of an outstanding team. They helped me so much when planning my trip and I honestly couldn't rate them highly enough for their additional help with planning trips and finding me the best prices for trains. They were always at the end of the phone and email when I wanted to make amendments and also offered an emergency phone number to ring if anything arose on our trip (it didn't, but this was still a HUGE reassurance for our group knowing we had people to help us). I would definitely use Euroventure again and have been recommending them to all our friends - do not plan an interrailing trip without these guys. Thank you for all of your planning and help! It was honestly the best trip we've been on.

Quite literally the biggest scam ever! My friends and I were completely left in the dark about the information regarding our trip and where our money was going to. We paid our first deposit and then got completely ignored when we tried to contact them with questions about our trip. By the way, you only find out a week before your trip which hostels you’re staying at, despite having to pay for the full trip months in advance and having to pay an extra fee for requesting an accommodation at a hostel they didn’t even book yet! It took over two weeks to get a phone call with them, and the phone call got us nothing! We cancelled our trip and did not get any of our money back. The biggest waste of your time.

Hi Lauren, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review on Euroventure and sorry to see that you've not been happy with the experience. Just to address a few of the points you've raised there - all communication goes through the lead booker of the trip when you book as a group. I've checked all of our inboxes to review the messages your party had sent and I can see that during conversation with our Travel Team all of your correspondence was replied to. The longest you had to wait for a reply was 7 hours and 14 minutes, which itself was a message we received overnight. We have received no additional written communication directly from yourself. The way our trips work is that you are able to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit to secure your booking, and you then have until 90 days before your departure date to pay the trip off in full. It's at this point that our bookings team can get to work in finalising and booking all the elements of your trip. We have not received more than your 10% deposit for your trip - and whilst your 90-day due date isn't until next month, this is the reason we can't guarantee exactly where you'll be staying right now. That said, it's incorrect to claim that at any time you were 'kept in the dark regarding your trip and where the money was going' - especially given the fact that 90% of the cost of your trip was yet to be paid. It also isn't true that we charge a fee when our customers request information about their trip. But it is the case that there is a £50 change fee if you wish to amend your trip once the booking is confirmed. In this instance, your party had booked mixed-hostel dorms online and wanted to upgrade to female-only dorms. Female-only dorms are not issued as standard when a group of females book a trip as the cost of them are much more expensive than mixed-dorms and in many instances can even be more expensive than private hostel rooms. However, we can of course offer these as an option, and this was done so after your group enquired about this. In a recent phone call with the lead booker of your group, Teya explained the reason why female-only dorms were priced higher - the lead booker stated that whilst she didn't agree with the 'jump' in price, she did understand why we of course have to quote more, for a more expensive room. In the same call, the lead booker stated that she had read and accepts our change fee charges, as well as the fact that your 10% deposit remains non-refundable, before asking to cancel your trip. We pride ourselves on our great customer service here at Euroventure, as well as the quality of our trips we put together. Our team have answered all of your queries efficiently and provided as much detail as we could at every step of your booking to date. Our bookings team had also identified suitable hostels and train times, ready to book once we had received your full payment. However, I'm sorry that you feel your time has been wasted and that you won't get to travel with us on this occasion. Best wishes, Alex

My friends and I chose euro venture for our first interrailing trip in Europe together in June 2022. They were super easy to plan with, and we are super happy we trusted them to book the trains and hostels as everything seemed to work out perfectly - all of the hostels were ideal and close to the centre of each city, and the train timings enabled us to have enough time in each city. The only issue we had was on the way home when the trains were delayed, there were unexpected London train strikes and everything seemed to go wrong. The euro venture team did everything to make sure that we had a way home the same day, checking up on us and ensuring we felt comfortable and safe with the plans. We were so grateful we chose the euroventure team, they were brilliant and I would definitely plan another adventure with them again!

The communication was not great. We paid for 4+ hotels with the expectation they would be nice and centrally located. Several were barely functional hotels and located far from main attractions. Considering how much we paid, I would have expected much more.

First of all, we are really disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the hotels you were provided on your trip. Two of your hotels were upgraded, free of charge, to 5* stays and two further hotels you were upgraded to include breakfast in your stay. All of your hotels were centrally located with attractions nearby; although we acknowledge that many of the cities you visited were large cities and as such, metro systems and public transport in general are required to move around the city and visit each main attraction and different areas. We did not hear from you during your trip to be made aware if there was an issue with one of the hotels you stayed in, in order for us to provide a suitable resolution to this. All of the hotels you stayed in have been vetted by Euroventure and used this year, with good feedback from other customers, which is why they were selected for your trip. If you are able to get in touch with us to detail these issues further so we can look into them, this would be appreciated. I'm also surprised to hear that you were not happy with the communication you received from Euroventure. Customer service is something we pride ourselves on and we know how important it is to be clear and thorough when planning a trip and in the lead up to departure. I have reviewed all of your emails with Euroventure, from the trip planning stage, right up until your trip starting and am unable to find a 'gap' in this communication or something that you may be unhappy with. Our team double checked your travel preferences form to ensure no mistakes were made and we understood correctly and provided multiple different options in regards to transport times, to suit your trip and then considering your onward travel back home from the UK. As mentioned at the start of my response, your feedback is really important to us, and we always wish to know where we could have done better. If you are able to elaborate on your comments left in your review then we would greatly appreciate that. Despite this, we sincerely hope that you did enjoy your Euroventure trip overall and had a lovely time travelling around Europe through the Christmas period. We had a really fantastic trip traveling by rail from London, to Paris, to Venice, to Vienna, to Prague, thank you. The customer service team were awesome and very patient in helping plan the trip with us continually make tweaks until we were happy with the route. I asked for hotels in the city centres not too far from the stations and that's exactly what we got. We loved all the Hotels we stayed in and the central locations made life really easy which is what we wanted. Our Euroventure pack was great, the train tickets all worked perfectly and we found the personalised booklet really helpful. It was an incredibly smooth trip overall and that includes a cancelled train due to a train strike in Vienna. One phone call (on a Saturday) and a couple of emails later we were booked on a luxury coach which arrived in Prague within half an hour of our planned train. This was sorted perfectly for us and kept us on track. Overall we had an epic trip and would highly recommend the Euroventure team. I've no doubt we'll book through them again in the future. Again thank you all.

Great solo trip organised by Euroventure! I booked the Berlin to Budapest trip only a month ago, and they arranged it all quickly. Whenever I contacted them I got a response immediately. Hostels were great and no issues with trains, very simple and easy :)

In my opinion, Euroventure is one of the best travel companies out there. Right from the very start they were there in my travel experience. I originally booked myself in to the whole of Europe group tour however, due to circumstances I had to postpone. Euroventure could not have been more helpful, with a few emails exchanged, I was able to postpone my trip and even change it from the group tour, to an individual trip and I could add my boyfriend using credit from the money I originally paid for the group tour. They made it incredibly easy to change and helped every step of the way for us to determine exactly what route is best for us and how many nights etc would be best. All we had to do was tell them where we wanted to go and for how long. In the run up to our trip, we were presented with a beautifully presented travel guide containing all the information we needed regarding our hostels/train times, along with some very helpful recommendations and even a language guide for every country. Everything was done for us and for that we are incredibly grateful as it meant we could relax and enjoy our trip to the max. Euroventure really took all the stress out of it, and gave a very quick response to any questions we did have. We even got the bonus of a few hotel upgrades which was very generous! We cannot thank Euroventure enough for a stress free holiday of a lifetime! We seen some incredible sights that would not have been possible without euroventure. Travelling with euroventure is something I will truely never forget! I have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so for anyone looking to Travel.

This trip absolutely exceeded every expectation I had on every level. The customer service from the time of booking and speaking to Alex on the phone, to being on the trip and the great customer service I received and the help I received navigating through the different countries and cities by Fede and Vera (Our Tour Leaders). Right through to the end of the trip and even beyond helping me navigated the train journey back to my home town. The price was fantastic for what you get and the hostels in general were better than I expected. They were clean, had entertainment, cheap drinks and food to accommodate us after a long travel day. In the first 2 weeks we had Fede as our Tour Leader and she was so much so and took us to the coolest places. In the second 2 weeks we had Vera who was lovely and extremely helpful and I’ve learned so much from on how to navigate the cities and trains. The group were so lovely and I’m so grateful to have been part of this group and experience l. I have met friends for life. Thanks so much Euroventure ❤️
