“My first order with them. Ordered 16 cartons of almond milk. Received an email to apologise for delay with my order a few days later. A few days after that received an order, it was 48 euros worth of green tea! Rang customer service, they apologises and said they would give me a promo code for my next order to apologise for messing up my order. They offered me a miserable 10% discount which would definitely not encourage me to try their services again. When my ordered arrived one carton of milk was burst. Emailed them to complain and ask for refund. They refunded me for the one carton. Poor experience from start to finish will never order from them again and have told all my friends about this experience so they won't be ordering from this company either.”
“Bad and dangerous experience. I bought some vitamin supplements only to find that both seals had been opened already, repackaged and posted to me. My wife is 6 months pregnant. This company showed very little interest in helping. It took 2 weeks and plenty of phone calls from me to get it resolved. I would be very careful from a health and safety point of view if I was you.”
