“Delivery took 10 days which was very inconvenient. I only got one generic email saying that there was a delay and no timeline on when I can expect my delivery. I rang customer service and nobody rang me back. I won't order again”
“Very bad service. An extremely bad lack of communication and they said my delivery will be delayed by 7 days and gave me the option to cancel, next day, it arrived. I really wish it hadn't because the money was not worth all the hassle of back and fourth To top it off, the moisturiser I received gave me a reaction. They asked me to fill out a form and nothing else was said. Very unprofessional and I will never use this company again”
“Delivery experience let the company down. Packages should be signed for by a designated neighbour or the purchaser. They shouldn't be left outside the house or apartment, open to theft.”

Plus it's so unnecessary these days...Green Earth Organics for instance is totally plastic free....and there are more out there who really try to lessen the amount of plastics,...isn't the sea and the earth covert in plastics....? They haven't respond to my emails either....so they lost me as customer....sorry...”
