“My ordered arrived quickly, however 1 item did not arrive and was refunded without explanation. Would be great if the store could contact you, if product is not in stock and replace with similar item, or to be inform before delivery that you will not receive that product.”
“Parcel arrived a little later than I had expected due to an issue with sourcing a certain product but despite this, evergreen were very helpful via email and when the package arrived it was obvious that effort had been put into it-all the products bubble wrapped etc. I think it was good value and I would use again.”

It would have been useful to have been informed of the impending delay when I ordered product instead of having to email the company. “If item is out of stock, it should be out of stock in website also, not that you buy and pay and after not receiving it you ask what is going on, then you'll be answered, oh sorry, it was out of stock and we will refund it. Other than that...that item is still in stock..but the rest that I ordered, I'm happy with quality, so overall experience isn't too bad”
“I ordered several bottles of laundry liquid from Evergreen. The online ordering process was simple and the goods arrived very soon after. Unfortunately, one of the bottles was damaged (I suspect in transit) and half the liquid had leaked. When I contacted the company about it, they simply asked for a photo and immediately offered either a replacement or refund. The only problem with the order at all was to do with the delivery driver, who would not come to my house, instead delivered it to a store 3 miles away for me to collect, and whose rough handling (I strongly suspect) also damaged the bottle. But these are issues with the delivery company, not with Evergreen. Evergreen were easy and pleasant to deal with, and I will order with them again.”
“Ordering was easy and it arrived well packed. Just a shame the system didn't alert me at the time of order to it taking over a week instead of after I placed it. I needed some of the order in a couple of days so went without till I got it. Had I known, I would have bought some when in the next town and ordered at another point when I had plenty left.”
“Hi I am happy with order and it was easy to place the order and click and collect service is fantastic. Only thing was I never received a email saying my order was received or ready. Only from PayPal to say payment was sent. So I had to ring the store to see if order was there. Overall though happy.”
