“02 Oct. Order not received by late afternoon. Had a phone call from the courier driver two days ago asking for my address and eircode (!?) Which i provided but heard nothing else since. Goods held up in transit as per usual. An Post provide a perfectly good service. Why on earth companies insist on using couriers I do not know. Most couriers are quite hopeless.”
“Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order on Monday, it was “dispatched” on Wednesday and yet hasn’t been collected by courier. I emailed on Friday and was told they’d look into it. I’m still waiting on a reply. I’ve tried to cancel the order twice and yet still unsure what’s going on. Not a company I’d use again unfortunately.”
“I placed an order with evergreen and when I followed up as I hadn't received anything correspondence regarding my order I was offered the option to cancel and get my money returned which I did. I still got the order and haven't received my money back. I have emailed the companies customer service 3 times and have not received a reply.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year, with many purchases each month and hundreds and hundreds of € spent, I remained patient after each order while waiting the LENGTHY DELIVERY TIMES as I wanted to continue supporting an Irish company. On my last purchase I got an email a couple of days later to say one of the items were out of stock. I had already been charged for the item. Again, I remained patient and showed understanding. I was offered a refund or to choose an alternative. I needed the item that I had already been charged for, and didn’t have time to wait for a refund to be able to shop elsewhere. So I searched the website again for something that was as similar to the item as I could find. Including in price. I compromised for an alternative. I was less keen about the alternative however due to the need of it I compromised. The gratitude I received for this compromise and understanding of being charged for something that wasn’t in stock was an email telling me the rest of the order would be delayed until I paid the extra €2.24 for the alternative item! €2.24 out of hundreds of €€ already spent, an extra charge that I hadn’t foreseen and had to conpromise for. The small Irish company that I was going out of my way to help support completely overlooked my previous and continued custom. I replied in disbelief that I was being charged the extra €2.24 for an item I was compromising for and reminded them of my continued custom. I received no reply to the email. They have now lost that custom. I would not recommend this company. I have since read other reviews and wish I had done so before shopping with them.”
“Ordered on 10 May Sent emails on 21st & 22nd May asking for delivery schedule. Got no replies. We contacted by phone on 23rd. Order then dispatched but we got no explanation about the delay.”

Now I am told that I can only receive two packets.The only reason I ordered from Evergreen was because the beetroot powder was priced reasonable. Something you dont see very often in Evergreen.Advice. Dont advertise what you dont have. Mark Rabbitte.”

“Ordered on 18th After contacting both evergreen and GLS I have not received my order November 1st I spend alot of money in my local evergreen and decided to order it this time. Very disappointed with service. I had to call Nicole twice as she was to get back to me about where my order was. Didn't even apologise!!”
