Their delivery takes way too long. A week to deliver two items when their competition delivers within 24-48 hours. I recieved a delivery from Chicago which I ordered after Evergreens and I recieved it a day before theirs. Customer service claims it is because they are very busy - it took them over 72 hours to (process) pick two items and another 24 hours to pack & label them. Overall, if anything is time sensitive I would order elsewhere.

Disappointing having to wait over 2 weeks for the item to be delivered in Ireland and not being contacted by customer service to say that it is delayed. I had to contact customer service myself to find out and then to be offered 10% off on next order is not good enough. This has really put me off evergreen...

I was dissapointed with my first online order from Evergreen. It took 9 days for it to be delivered as one of the items I ordered was not available.. I also ordered salt of the earth crystal deodorant & they sent me the spray version which was incorrect. I won’t be ordering from Evergreen again... not good enough service ?

Used to love Evergreen but delivery is now always so slow. My order was left unfulfilled for a full week before they eventually got around to packing it. It took almost 2 weeks to come despite coming from just 80 kms away. The reasons stated for this were different depending to whom you spoke but it seems that not enough staff and poor organisation is at the core of it ( orders not dealt with in order they arrived?). I probably won't be ordering from Evergreen again because of the delay as this is going on since last January at least.

I received the 2 bottles of tablets and they were wrapped in bubble wrap. I bottle was smashed and 4 of the tablets were broken.

The level of customer service I experienced with my last order was really disappointing. I placed an online order and experienced a glitch at the site's checkout that resulted in PayPal taking two payments from my account. I contacted PayPal and one of the charges was automatically returned while the other was manually returned due to me contacting PayPal. This resulted in Evergreen issuing me a refund which, I understand. What I don't understand is where Evergreen failed with their customer service following this. At the time of contacting PayPal, I also emailed Evergreen. They responded initially. I placed my order again and emailed Evergreen asking if it could be dispatched urgently but my emails stopped being responded to. This went on for days. My order was also not being dispatched during this time. My order previous to this one was placed on a bank holiday Monday and was dispatched less than 48 hours later. I finally reached out to the Evergreen Facebook page via private message and dealt with a snotty 'matter of fact' (despite the fact that much of what they said was inaccurate) person. Firstly, they said that they couldn't find any emails that were not responded to on their end. I went back and listed the times and dates of the last 3 emails that I didn't receive a response to. They were then able to locate them. Unsure why they couldn't find them initially, as the emails in question were the most recent emails that I sent through? They went on to claim that my emails, that were sent over the course of 6 days, were all missed because a member of staff was sick. I fail to see why any company would appoint 1 member of staff to monitor a general 'info@' email address for an entire business. I stressed that I needed the order urgently and highlighted that I was already inconvenienced due to the glitch I experienced on the Everygreen website. This person pushed the blame onto PayPal. I assured them that the glitch was on their end, not with PayPal, and they responded by digging their heels in, insisting it was PayPal. They didn't place the order, they were unaware of what the glitch exactly entailed and yet, they were arguing with me to shift blame. They also claimed that orders take 3-5 working days to dispatch when they website states 2-5 days so, nothing that this person was saying was reliable. After these messages, my order was finally dispatched the next day. On the 6th working day. I don't understand why my order and communications went under the radar but this paired with the argumentative person that I dealt with on Facebook has left me with a bad impression of Evergreen. I'm afraid to place future orders incase something similar happens.

Cans arrived very damaged although the box was fine. Which implies they were damaged before they were packed. I've emailed them and no response. Very disappointed because I've had no issues before.

The delivery was over a week taking several days just to get to dispatch. I’m not sure this slow Ness was highlighted at the time of ordering. I would’ve expected an order from any company in Ireland to arrive within a couple of days also for the size of my package, I thought the packaging was rather large and contained plastic packing material

Delivery was slow. Two items were missing. This was resolved very quickly but I wouldn’t reorder based on my first experience with the company.

Sadly your speed of response and delivery has slowed down - used to be a couple days from order to delivery now its normally a week

Very slow delivery, 2 weeks before I even heard anything (after 2 emails with no response). One item was out of stock, rest of order then finally dispatched. Same happened last time I ordered with them. It’s a shame because they’ve nice products but I won’t be ordering from them again

I made an order for a specific item, I then added on extra things to get free postage, the order arrived with the extra things but not what I made the order for, when I checked it said they were coming in a later package, I then receive a refund due the original product, I wouldn't have made the order if I had been told they were unavailable at the beginning, I had opened the other items by the time I found out so couldn't return them.
