“Very reliable service and good prices, only thing that annoys me is all the plastic wrap that comes in the packaging. Fine if it's just old packaging being reused but this seemed to be new wrap. Says it can be recycled but we all know at this stage that only about 30% of plastic is recycled in Ireland. There are loads of biodegradable alternatives out there now and what I would expect from a health food shop. Rant over ??”
“I've used Evergreen on several occasions now, although I always received everything that I'd ordered, and it was in good condition, I did find their delivery rather slow. However, this this time it was very much faster, less than 48 hours from ordering to delivery. The one downside that I do find, you cannot track your order and there is no message from the courier to say when it will be delivered.....Luckily I was in when it arrived.”
“The range of items is good and the prices are very reasonable. However, the lack of any indication of when it would be delivered was a bit irritating and there was a lot of plastic in the delivery packaging. I would buy from them again, but the delivery process could use some more transparency.”

“Efficient delivery. Only small suggestion I had is to let me know my order had been dispatched and who the courier was. I received notification from DPD directly as opposed to Evergreen but that's only a small issue. I would highly recommend them and will be back to order again :-)”

“One of the few places I could still purchase Choices dairy free caramels which my son loves (he has a dairy allergy). Communications were great and delivery was prompt with no issues ordering from the UK. My one criticism would be that the products we received where fairly short dated.”
