“Delivery late, with no update to indicate late status. Emailed Evergreen and did not receive a response. Called Evergreen and was informed delivery was on its way, by a helpful staff member. Also applied discount which brought the total below threshold for free shipping resulting in a charge for delivery. Evergreen agreed to refund shipping due to a delay in order delivery. Good people to deal with, however discount should not apply if a net cost deficit applies after discount.”
