“Ordered a few items well packed, but it took 5 working days which is very slow for Ireland. I'd expect 2-3 days at most Not unhappy but it's a weak point to consider”
“Few of the fruit purees were damaged on arrival, they were squashed into the box. However, as soon as I emailed them, they offered to refund or replace the items so I am happy with that.”

“I really appreciate the care Evergreen put into safeguarding the delivery. But the individual product wrapping was a bit ott. All fourteen pack were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and taped. Appreciate the safeguarding of packs of flour but a better way to safeguard multiple packs together would be appreciated.”

“Horrified with Bubble Wrap I have always liked Evergreen. In particular the shop in Galway at the bottom of Shop St. BUT was really taken aback on the arrival of my first online order to find the mile upon mile of horrendous bubble rap. Particularly as the main product was in cardboard packaging. This should not be happening across the board. We need intelligent packing and biodegradable packaging. It is out there. Other online suppliers we use have really come up to the line on this one. I do expect EVERGREEN to want to do their bit to keep our planet evergreen and to sincerely do likewise.”

“Quick and efficient delivery. The only downfall was the size of packaging. You could have fit ten of my item in the box it was delivered in. If you reduce the package sizing it would also reduce the delivery costs. Very unnecessary.”
“I gave this rating because it takes too long to get ready to ship and then when you get into on it being picked up dpd don’t let you know when it til the day it’s getting delivered to your door, online shipping should be easier than going to city to get it over counter”
