“Very good experience from site to delivery. I did however feel the packaging/unboxing experience was lacking compared to the rest of the journey. It was difficult to open the box, and the use of sellotape felt contradictory to all of the 'natural' and 'vegan' messaging from the brand. There was a lot of cardboard paper waste to protect the products which was a lot to have to recycle. Makes me less likely to purchase again. I think if the packaging experience was given some love, a lot more people would be happy and I personally would finish the customer journey with a lot more satisfaction.”
