“Great company to work with! I had questions regarding one item and they were willing to send me a return label, but also told me I could cut the bottoms of the pant, so that solved my issue and I kept them. :)”

“Loved shopping with evolve. I ordered something on a weekend and called on Monday to see my order status, as I didn’t get a shipment confirmation. Customer service was so excellent and explained that they do my ship on weekends and was very patient and friendly in updating me with my order status. 5/5 stars here.”

“Unfortunately it was a very poor experience with evolve wear.i would never ever buy something from them anymore. First they mistaked something with my order then they never replied on my emails and finally It took 1 month until the parcel was on the way to my home. Really Poor service!!!!”

“Good, but I was disappointed in the discount code I got for joining their mailing list. It said 10% off any purchase, but when I went to use it, I found it couldn't be used on sale items. I notified customer service by email and got no response. Also, they need to demand better service from USPS. My first package was lost because evidently sometimes USPS doesn't do periodic scanning (?) and lost my package, so they had to reship it to me. Still giving four stars because the service was great both times I called the customer service number.”

“Well I received the wrong order to begin with. I then attempted to contact evolve and left messages regarding my order in which no one bothered to call me back. I have now attempted to email customer service in Hope's they will call me back! This has been hands down the WORST customer service I have received.”
