EWHEELS ★★★★★ Review Amazing scooter definitely will recommend my friends

Great wheel. The only complaints I have are overvoltage of the charger (can be adjusted using the potentiometer inside the charger though) and tolerance issues with the construction of the wheel (the back of the right battery box appears to be skewed inwards by about 1-2mm towards the motor rim). Other than that, the Lynx is fantastic - incredible acceleration and agility despite its size, and progressive springs that handle big drops like a champ.

"Thank you ewheels for their excellent assistance when i purchased my wheel in January 2024. I'm an experienced rider who owned a Nikola 100v previously. I only ride wheels on the streets, and my weight is 152lbs for reference.\r\nI love the Leaperkim Patton wheel!, its hydraulic suspension (66lb) is so soft and comfortable, it is a pleasure for me to ride it on bad shape streets. it's very stable compared with other light weight wheels, and has plenty of power.\r\nEverything in this wheel feels sturdy, maybe except the mudguard.\r\n\r\nIts main drawback is its weight (similar to other wheels in this category): at 89lbs it's not the ideal wheel for day riding IF you have to lift it over stairs inside a building or to transport it in a car trunk for example. \r\n\r\nif you are going to buy this wheel also check out the Leaperkim Lynx, it's more expensive but it looks like a more advanced Patton. Leaperkim is making good ewheels, without a doubt.\r\n\r\nThank you ewheels team for the wrist guard included in the box!\r\n\r\nBest regards,\r\nAndrew from Uruguay, South America."

"was not sure these would work but no problem. plenty of spare velcro comes in the package if needed. I am a beginner so to me these feel much more secure than the stock pads. The price seems reasonable so overall I am quite pleased and as a bonus I think they look good."

"I purchased this wheel in July 2023 for $4,000 (I\u2019d be lucky if I could get $1500 for it now, and I would feel bad for the person I sell it to) After a week of riding and 250 miles on the wheel. I stepped on a friend\u2019s LK Veteran Sherman S, and had instant buyers remorse. I\u2019ve since bought both the Sherman, S and Lynx, LK Wheels are better than INMOTION, in every facet. I have had a controller fail where the wheel was unusable for a couple months. Stock petals need to be upgraded upon purchase. Might as well not even include power pads with the junk tear apart, foam power pads that come with the wheel. Headlight is extremely blinding to oncoming traffic, and you cannot adjust the angle. Suspension has been comfortable for 10% of the time I have had the wheel. It has been constant issues with the rubber pieces inside the suspension sliders Suspension damper, broken , this wheel is a fun straight line hog But other than that this is the last in motion wheel I will buy, I am Writing this review To hopefully stop You from making the mistake I did. I had seen the INMOTION V13 pro specs, and it is a spit in the face of us customers. Don\u2019t buy this wheel thinking it has functional suspension because they did not fix that with the V13 Pro. "

“This was my first time shopping from ewheels, and it was an awesome experience. I ordered an EUC on Sunday night. It shipped the next day and I had it in hand just a few days later. Ewheels sent me an email shortly after my order to set expectations and give me a lot of helpful info, including providing links to several apps, which was really great as I am a first time EUC owner. I also reached out to them for some minor troubleshooting/questions, and they were super quick to respond and very friendly. The issue was related to the manufacturer’s app, and ewheels suggested an alternative app for them which I likely wouldn’t have found on my own. Everything was shipped quickly and I received my order a day earlier than promised. “I ordered my first EUC on the evening of 12/28/23, expecting to receive it after the new year. After I submitted the order, I realized that I would also want one of the neoprene covers and power pads, so I ordered those separately. The folks at eWheels upgraded my shipping to priority overnight so that I would receive it BEFORE the holiday, and my V12 HT was received on 12/30/23. The cover and power pads also came separately, that same day. Day 3 of learning to ride, the kickstand broke on my V12. I ordered a new one. Then after submitting that order, ordered a universal EUC stand. The folks at eWheels refunded shipping for the V12 kickstand, and added it to the universal EUC stand package and shipped them out together. This kind of attention to customer detail is unique in most industries, and I am so grateful to feel that my (not insignificant) investment of over $2K for this PEV is going to a company whose people definitely seem to care about their customers. Thank you eWheels for conducting business in the way(s) that you do. I'll keep coming back to eWheels for all of my EUC needs! You have certainly made a consumer advocate out of me!”

“Ewheels has earned my trust as my go to company to by expensive eucs from. Other companies might beat them in terms of price, but it’s a trap, the benefits of buying from Jason and Eric FAR outweigh the $100 or even more you save from any alternative options. Their email replies are instantaneous. Their warranty service and customer service above and beyond even the best companies that sell ANY product, not just eucs. And the accessories they include for each wheel are well thought out and considerate. Some free inclusions I’m surprised at receiving that already make up for any difference in price it has against competitors. Jason and Eric don’t advertise the hidden benefits as they’re both extremely humble and generous people. Their reviews and reputation speaks for itself. There is no company I’ll rather trust with purchasing my $4k toy. Either by from ewheels or don’t buy a wheel at all!”
