After our car was picked up by a driver that stunk of alcohol, we've informed the office. On our return the car was absolutely filthy! We were asked to send pictures and the person told my husband they've washed it and called my husband stupid. Absolute joke of a company!

Wish I had checked reviews before booking and paying for this car park! They sent an email with not even 24 hours notice cancelling our booking out of nowhere! So unprofessional with no reason given! Leaving me no choice but to pay a lot more as booking last minute! Avoid at all costs would never use them again!

This is the worst car parking company that I ever booked with because when I returned to get my car back after two weeks I found my car damaged on the driver side and also very dirty inside. Now I keep calling them for a reimbursement and they keep closing the phone and they are not giving a reimbursement when I literally gave them a quote from a trustable garage and they keep ignoring the emails that send to them. As I said before one of the worst car parking company that i ever booked.

Do Not Use This Company. They clocked over 200 miles whilst the car was in their possession leaving the 3/4 full fuel tank virtually empty upon return. To avoid facing us upon return of the car, it was dumped in a Blue Badge space on level 3 of the car park, not level 4 where the Meet & Greets are, and the driver legged it. Our BMW black box was reporting every move of the car with all details. This information has been provided to the company as proof of the misuse and unauthorised use of the car. The car was filthy, full of cans and bottles of drink, cigarette stubs, and even some clothes left behind. In addition a garage remote control was stolen. When trying to call and complain, they keep hanging up. The matter has been reported to the Met Police for the theft and unauthorised use of the car.

Not going to write a long email, exhausted by it all. All I can say is everything below and more happened to me. I attach a picture of the driver that abandoned my vehicle. The dumb twat left his wallet in my car by mistake. What goes around comes around.

This is a scam do not use it We booked our car to be parked from Gatwick Airport for 5 days and they used my car in some mud activity. They use the cars while they should be park somewhere safely. Please see the pictures below, it’s going to cost me £100 To get the car cleaned. When complained no one was willing to help or even listen.. they are bunch of crooks, save yourself money time and grief… they only want to take your money and misuse your car. Have tried calling them and emailing the head office no one is ready to help.. Don’t use them..!!!!!!

If I could give -0 then it would be a fair rating. My wife and I experienced the worst level of service you can imagine possible. It is only now, after the event, that I found the real reviews for Skylink Parking Services Ltd (Quick Meet and Greet Heathrow) and I can only ask everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I followed their written instructions and called 30 mins from arrival at LHR Terminal 5. Phoned when arrived and informed 15 minute wait, no problem at all as I had ample time prior to departure. Although it took me another 3 or 4 phones calls, being told 'on the way' or '10 mins away' it was slightly vexing, but I put it down to traffic. Total wait time was 45 minutes and the driver was friendly and polite, so I did not worry whilst away for the next 15 days as I have used other Meet & Greet companies previously. However, it was a COMPLETE difference on our arrival back to LHR Terminal 5 to collect vehicle. As instructed on their email, I called when at the Baggage Reclaim and was told be there in 15 minutes. I went to same area, which was detailed on the instructions, Level 4 Row R/S and waited. After 30 minutes and car not arrrived, I called. Was told was '10 minutes away'. 14 minutes later I called again, but no answer, and tried 3 more times - still no answer. Sent text stating I was still waiting. It was now past midnight and I had been waiting for over an hour for my car which was allegedly '10 minutes away'. Received a call from a private number stating was '10 minutes away'. Then 10 minutes later from a private number the person asked 'if I could now see my car'. I was bewildered, as I had not moved from same spot for over 1 hr 10 minutes, and replied the car was not there. He then told me, incredibly, that I should be able to see it as his driver was with it. When I again stated it was not there, he said driver is there on Level 5 (not Level 4 as stated) and I should hurry up and get up there. Wife and I got in the lift to ascend to the next upper level. Immediately exiting the lift I saw my vehicle 'abandoned' in complete darkness and no driver in sight. I rang and was told the driver had 'popped to the toilet' and I said I would wait so he could give me my keys and complete the paperwork. To my utter disbelief, I was told it was not necessary to wait, to just look under the passenger side front tyre and that is where he had left my keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I asked to speak with the driver, he refused, and said I could stay there all night in the cold if I wanted, was up to me. I walked round my car, with flashlight, and saw a very large key scratch across the width of my bonnet. They are not aware of the fact that I took a very detailed video walk around of my new car when I dropped it off, in case of any bodywork damage or kerb damage etc on my return. Whilst I was doing this, two Heathrow police stopped by on foot patrol and noticed me. They looked at the scratch and when I told them of the sequence of events and how my car had ended up on Level 5, they both said that it was just as well they had not patrolled 5 minutes previous to this, as any 'abandoned' car on this level is towed away. They also pointed to a sign nearby which indicated that I should pay a £5 charge online before I drove off, otherwise I would receive a penalty charge. I did this, as I knew there was an exit charge anyway, so no problem. On starting the engine, I noticed that my readings/units had been changed over from mph to kph. My media system (navigation etc) had also been tampered with. I can only assume that this was an attempt to hide the fact that they had actually done over 170 miles in my car! And insult was that I had to refuel to start my journey home. On arriving home in the early hours, I saw in my mail 2 x Parking Charge Notice. One from LHR themselves stating that I had parked without payment of the parking charge (on arrival) and have to pay £90. As luck would have it, I noticed that the ticket which the driver had asked me to pay at the machine prior to him taking my car to his compound, was in the coin tray. This clearly shows that I paid LHR for entry, with date stamp and time. For whatever reason, the driver failed to put the ticket in the machine when he left which then ACPOA Parking has issued me with a breach of their T&Cs and £90 to pay. The second Parking Charge Notice (from Parkingeye) was dated the next evening, (I had already been in Greece 24 hours by now), for a Hotel & Conference Centre in London, illegally parked for 26 minute and now have a £100 parking charge to pay!!! As I have only been home 2 days now, I anticipate many more Parking Charge Notices and perhaps Speeding Fines etc to arrive on my doorstep. If I dont, then I will be very surprised as it is clear to me that they used my car for 170 miles in my absence. I can prove this, as I took a photo of my odometer, again when I initially arrived at Level 4 car park. Overall, a very disappointing, disgusting level of service and abuse of my personal 8 month old vehicle in my absence. Looking at previous reviews, why on earth would a booking agent allow them to advertise their services on their platform? Treat any listing of Meet & Greet service with caution. Make sure you search for genuine reviews and in hindsight, pay for a better service.

I have received terrible service from your company, I dropped my car off on the 12th, called 8 times as you had either hung up on me, left me on hold and then disconnected me or shouted at me. When picking up my car, I was told 20 minutes, after several calls I received my car 45 minutes later with mud covered up the drivers side of my car. Terrible service from your staff and I want some money returned, I also have photos.

Never left a review before but I had to for this company. Service is so poor. A queue of people waiting for their cars all moaning about how bad the service was and how long they had been waiting. Called a number of times over the space of half an hour and no one answered. Finally got through after 30+ mins and they said the car would be there in 25 mins. Over one hour later we were still waiting for our car. Called back again and the person hung up on me and then my partner tried and same thing happened. Terrible service - rude staff. Car was dropped off covered in mud, back seats had been tampered with, Costa cup and crumbs, and worst of and most disgusting of all, a cigarette burn hole in the driver seat with the car stinking of smoke (we are non smokers!) You also have to pay for the parking at the meet and greet. The car arrives late for pick up so no benefit there. Do not use this company and please read other similar reviews.

Can only echo the experiences that people have had with this company. I have reported the company to the insolvency service and hope they will investigate this rogue company. The service is unsafe, the drivers are on the mobile whilst driving answering frustrated and confused customers. Frequently over the speed limit with their shabby vans. A safety risk for the customer and the rest of traffic.

Promote companies like Engima parking who damage your car( all my alloys have curbing all around), swear down the phone to you. And never turn up! I had to collect my own car from the radison red because I couldn’t wait any longer in the airport. Indian/Pakistan heritage man turned up threw the keys out and sped off. My car had been looked through for money I’m assuming and food and drink belonging to me was eaten. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!

Like most others, I had a terrible experience with Ezybook. I genuinely like giving people a chance to make things better, and would happily review my rating based on a second more positive experience, but on both occasions now, I have been so heavily let down, I could barely believe it. I was travelling with my 1 year old and a sick wife, which I have forewarned them about to. I wasn't in the mood to be messed around with. On the first leg of the journey, we were told, as per their policy, to call 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow. Apparently their site is within a 30 minute drive, hence the need for a forewarning. Understandable. I texted the number, then called about 35 minutes away. We arrived bang on time exactly where we were meant to, to find it unattended. I called them again, and was told that the collection driver was just around the corner. As the minutes passed by, I called again, and again. Same response - he is round the corner. My flight was 2 hours away. Their driver arrived 45 minutes later. My baby was stressed, my wife was worse. It was horrid. The collection guy then demanded I pay the £8.50 Heathrow parking charge ticket, otherwise he would not take my car. I explained that the extortionate fee was because Ezybook were so late. It should have been free had they collected within 10 minutes of arrival, as they had been forewarned. No response. I warned them about mileage and fuel usage and told them I had everything recorded beforehand. That was done. Hopefully a better experience on my return leg. As soon as I landed, I called at 20:52, giving them a 30-minute forewarning once again. They picked up, acknowledged it, and told they'd be there once I collect my bags. They asked for the flight number but didn't even bother checking, assuming I was arriving at T3. It was actually T5, which was clear on the flight details, and had to be reiterated to them. I get out of the terminal 30-odd minutes later, at 21:20. No sign of them. I call and they say driver is on his way. I call again at 21:33 - 'we will contact the driver'. They call at 21:45 - 'sorry sir, driver has just reached your car and found a flat battery. We will have to jumpstart it'. I was livid. How are they mentioning this to me nearly an hour after my forewarning, and a full 25 minutes after they should already have been here. If that was the case (who knows if it was even true), it should have been discovered closer to 20:52, not at 21:45! We are then told it would be jumpstarted and brought to us within a few minutes. Just hold tight. I have a very tired irritable baby and a wife who could barely stand at this point, which I also remind them about. The guy then starts giving lip on the phone. If it wasn't for my concern for my car, I would have responded, but realised I was at their mercy until my car arrived. I give them another 30 minutes. 22:14 - 'the driver has left and will be there shortly'. Nothing yet. I call again at 22:28 - 'let me call the driver'. Nothing. They call me at 22:41 - 'driver is round the corner', he wasn't. Driver finally arrived close to 23:00, and gave me the ticket to the barrier, telling me it was free to leave. I got to the barrier without paying at the terminal, only to find a charge for £5.30 I had to pay. Was going to lose it at this point. Worst thing is, the lies and deception were so bad, I realised the guy I was calling, who was telling me he'll be contacting the driver, was in fact the driver. What on earth. I have never ever dealt with a company so bad. I wasted nearly 3 hours of my life, and an additional £14, which would have actually made other more reliable companies the cheaper option. I don't say this lightly - AVOID at all costs. I will be taking this up with Trading Standards and the Comparison sites they are listed on. Not acceptable

Ezybook airport parking - Skylink Parking - Enigma Parking Limited. DO NOT USE THEM It s a scam from the beginning. Once you book online, you will receive an email that will state to get to a post code (parking yard). This is not true, its a scam. They will tell you to go to the terminal and drop your car to one of their drivers. I ve booked 4 extra days by mistake and told them i will be back on the 14th not the 18th. They said for me to notify their driver and i will have my car back. NOT THE CASE. When i called them after my arrival, they said they have 120 cars to move to get mine back. After 1h of debate over the phone, i got the police involved. This guys started to swear at the police. They said they won t return my car until the next day. I called them again and said the car will be there in 30 mins if I pay extra 30£. I did it just to get my car back, after 3 hours if phone calls. One of the guy s name is Muhammad Hadik or Hatik. They ve sent the driver to the airport with my car. They disconnected my camera in the car so I won t see where the car was driven. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. 07759 579014 - this is their number - spred it wide so people dont use these clows. If you check their company registration you will see they close and open new companies with slightly different names. Its not over for these fools.
