“FtF is often the cheapest online for brand names. Delivery is extra and it takes a few days. Some places will send you samples when you order so that you can try new things, its a shame FF doesn't do that, especially given the total spend!”

“I am happy overall, the only annoying thing is that when I buy Environ products each time I have to fill out the consultation form despite being a regular consumer for few years now and my orders are never more than 2-3 months apart”

Alongside this, we do ensure that a new form is emailed when needed. These are required every 4 months, to allow us to release your order. This is due to the high concentration of active ingredients within the Environ range and is imposed directly by Environ to ensure the safety of our customers.
