“I paid them for a manual, and they never sent it to me and never refunded my $100.00. Stay away from this company. Bad news”

“I paid for a manual that was advertised to be VIN-specific to my car. What they sent me was 8,500 pages that were mostly unrelated to my car. So I contacted them to ask for a refund and they refused. Then Stefan, who claims to be the owner, got nasty with me, so I contacted my bank and explained to them how I got scammed. Within a few weeks, my bank contacted me to tell me that my money was 100% refunded to me permanently. If you want your money refunded, make sure to explain to your bank that this company provides a SERVICE and not a PRODUCT. The service they provide is a customized manual, but that's not what you get. It's easy to beat them and get your money back if you explain that to your credit card company.”

“I bought a bushing from Whiteline based on THEIR database of what is approved for a 2011 Audi A3. Unfortunately, I bought the factory manual after I ordered and attempted to add the bushing to the car. If I had the factory manual first, I would have never ordered the bushing and spent $900 to add it to the car. I contacted Whiteline based on my experience and sent the pages from the factory manual illustrating the problem with their database. I was disappointed with Whiteline's response, which was "we'll look into it". Six months later, their database hasn't been changed. It pays to have the factory manual before buying from online vendors, even the expert ones. I highly recommend the manual.”

“I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Factory Manuals. I owe Ford and Mercury vehicles. The fact that FM generate a definitive manual based on the vehicles VIN, is highly desirable. Their clear and concise communications, are unparalleled! Stefan will make good on any issue you may encounter. I have purchased 4 manuals for 4 separate vehicles. I have utilized every one of them. Interestingly enough, I am in the Detroit area and found no better products. Do not hesitate to ask Stefan questions. He will respond promptly. Signed: Satisfied Customer!”
