“We had two cancelled flights before we eventually made it into Keri Keri. After a couple of phone calls to him letting him know we would be a day late, Bob from Far North Rentals had our car waiting for us and ready to go when when we did get there. The car was very nice and we had no problems with it. Ash & Vick Bateup”

“Fantastic communication very efficient and easy to deal with. Company answered calls after hours which helped with us booking flights and then booking with far north rentals. Good value for $ and car was excellent pick up drop off at airport will definitely use company again.”

“Personal touch is quite different to the larger commercial operators. Bob at reception was relaxed and accommodating. Easy, without drama, to extend our hire by a day. Kerikerio taxis recommended Far North Rentals and we're glad we listened.”

“Amazing service - Id inadvertently put the wrong arrival time on the booking but they just stayed on until the next flight came in to ensure we were sorted, and also upgraded to larger vehicle when they thought the one we booked might not accommodate all the luggage 4 women had brought with them! Wise man! They couldn't have been more friendly or efficient - thanks again”

“Car was well cleaned, as described and drove well. The reason for the 3star was that the price for a 24hr hire was high and the telephone manner could be improved. However Bob who we also spoke to was helpful and rang us back.”

“We hired a Toyota Camry last week .It was the perfect car for our family visiting from UK.My daughter and I enjoyed driving it,very comfortable and great road holding.Fuel consumption good too. We had good communication/service from Bob and would use Far North Rentals in the future.”
