“Ordered a pair of shoes on April 7th and the invoice keeps saying awaiting shipment. Emailed 2 X's! And no response. Now.when I try to look up my order it says the website is down.”

“i placed a order on october 29th 2022. i got 7 pair of shoes. for $60. i’ve emailed them 3 or 4 times since. still absolutely nothing. no word. nothing. today has been 5 months since. i’m deeply saddened because i was really looking forward to these shoes. and because i’m out $60.”

“So I ordered some clothes for my mom a while back in early Decemeber and I have not recieved any of the clothes we order. I have requested an update for where the order is and got no response. I would not order from these folks at all.”

“I ordered clothing from Fashion World since November29th 2022 and it still hasn’t been sent to me and we are already in February 24th 2023. They didn’t say the order was going to take months to be sent other wise I wouldn’t have ordered from them. My daughter also ordered from them and she hasn’t received anything either. So I want a refund back for the things I haven’t got and ordered from your company which I am pretty sure I won’t be getting back . My advice to anyone who want’s to order from them don’t do it and save your money instead of losing it on ordering things your not going to receive. To me this site is a fraud and is out there to take your money if it wasn’t I would have received what I ordered and got responses back when I reached out to them about my order. Instead I got nothing from them. Save your money don’t lose it to sites that are taking customers money. I will let my family and friends know not to order anything from you and to spread the word out to people they know. I hope everyone reads this so they won’t make the same mistake I did .”

“Fashion world used to be to great but now they are dreadful .I hate them what they have put me through this past month between lost orders ,wrong items sent and now them saying they have not recieved my monthly payment i cannot wait to finish paying this dreadful company and i will never shop or advise any one to shop with them in the future 😫. Horrid customer services advisers who have no morals or respect They need to learn some manners”

“Ive been a loyal and true customer to this company for a very long time i have never had any issues ive always paid on time and paid extra on my account but the last 2 orders i have placed both have had issues and on phoning the company the customer service was dreadful so ive made my decision now to just not order anything more and keep paying my monthly payment and finish with this dreadful horrible company .The advisers need to be retrained and also learn some respect and manners towards there customers .There loss not mine so sad that it has come to this as i have always rated Fashion world as a good loyal company but my last 2 orders have been awful and customer service advisers have made me feel highly stressed and very upset with no help or support 😢”

“Bad customer service Mall of the North I was not allowed to shop because staff was mopping the floor. Dikeledi told me not to step on her wet floor which I did not even saw a sign for. Staff talking to each other in their own language i could not understand bussy chewing gum worst shopping experience ever in your Mall of the north branch Polokwane where I used to be shopping”

“I ordered $690.00 worth of goods from your company and after never receiving any of my orders from the 28/08/22 through to October last year. I firstI wrote to you regarding my orders your company informed me that my orders were ready for shipping but this never happened. I then informed your company that I wanted a total refund for all my orders and I only received under $250.00 from a $690.00 that I had sent you. When I never heard back from your company after I was told that I would receive my refund with in 1-2 weeks again nothing happened. I emailed your company 2 more times enquiring about my full refund and my emails were never answered. This has put a lot of financial pressure on me regarding the amount of money I spent on my orders. I’m really upset with how I was treated and just dismissed and not even worthy of receiving reply’s to my last 2 emails. I should have had a more thoroughly read of your reviews before buying from your company. You advertise that your company is there to help buyers but you have failed miserably with that and I would say that it’s false advertising. I would appreciate an email from your company regarding paying me the rest of my refund which amounts to over $440.00. I would suggest to people thinking of buying from any of the companies that are under the heading of “ The Fashion World” to thoroughly read all the reviews regarding this company before buying from them. Please get in touch with me regarding my $440.00 that I still haven’t received from you. I am really saddened by the way I have been treated. You can easily go and look at the 4-5 emails that I have sent you regarding full payment of my refund. I think I really deserve an answer from your company why they haven’t paid me let alone send me any of the 6 orders I placed with you over a 3 month period at a total of $690.00. Please get back to me soon regarding this review.”

“placed an order on 11/20 and paid for expedited shipping. It is now 12/19 and when I email them 4 emails since 11/20 and always same reply will ship order within one week. Still has not been shipped. Do not order from this company.”

“Love the range of clothes to suit all sizes short or tall big or small. Recieve updates on offers and promotions. Delivery by Evri Lovely man very polite delivers on time. I use them for catalogue orders and returns which is so easy at my local shop print label get receipt and they collect from the shop.”

“I have been trying to return a bench for over 3 months now. I gave arranged recollection 8 times now and still I have this bench in my dining room. They don't care and I am left paying for a bench that I don't want. I am going to take legal action”
