"Order apparantly delivered, my signature was forged as a scribble by the courier. Called to Centra Cork two days in a row, they never recieved the order, nor do they sign any orders either as a code is required from the customer at collection. Have the couriers \"proof\" of delivery but would love to know what was actually done with my two parcel as they cannot be replaced and already overdue."

"My third time being told an attempted delivery was made.\r\ntotally ignoring the fact that I was home and have cctv which shows no attempted delivery was made\r\nfastway cannot be contacted and their online chat either cuts you off or ignores your queries\r\nSo. fastway get your property and real use they have too many deliveries but won't email you about a delay. instead they pretend that they tried to deliver and fob it off on the customer, it's a tactic used to show they always deliver andbits the recipients fault if they don't.\r\nSo... they put up a customer not at home status and ignore your property being kept for days on end in their depot to sell a false image of competent practice"

"Terrible service. Onto my third day of \"We attempted to deliver your parcel..\" This is lies. Nobody has attempted to deliver a parcel whatsoever. When I chatted with their customer support, I was simply told that the parcel was out for delivery. When I told them that this has been the case for days, I was met with the response that the driver could have ran out of time and they just ended the chat. No follow up, no offer to help. How is this allowed?"

"Ridiculous company, package now lost since start of NOV with no way of contacting the company outside of ,sometimes, being able to access a chat box which is of no use what so ever. When I try their tracking system it tells no my order number doesn't exist. \r\nEven prior to this order the driver makes no attempt to deliver to my house , just throws it in with a neighbour. I've been at home with the car out the front and still will deliver to the neighbour"

"have 2 emails saying my 2 packages we delivered and one apparently even signed for \u2026 nothing arrived - no customer support other than an stupid email service that you get not reply from or have to wait days for a response. I would like to speak to an actual person."

“Order apparantly delivered, my signature was forged as a scribble by the courier. “I don’t even want to leave a star! I ordered my parcel it said delivered and signature obtained but nobody had signed for it in my house! So I asked my neighbours no sign! My box had been delivered to the field beside my house in the snow , inside the box was a canvas print I had ordered which cost me 50 euro! My order was destroyed as it had been frosty rained and snow! It’s an absolute disgrace and no signature was taken because it was a field it was delivered to absolute disgrace!!!!!”

“Fastway is an incredibly brazen excuse for a courier company. I have accidentally had to deal with them as, for some reason, well known companies choose to use them as couriers. In both occasions that they have been tasked to deliver a parcel, they have dropped the parcel off at RANDOM locations. The first time, my parcel was delivered to Nellys shed. Where on earth is Nellys shed? They then managed to retrieve it and proceeded to drop it off at a random Supervalue. Not the address stated. To a grocery store. The second time, they at least didn’t bother with the first step of dropping it at Nellys Mysterious Shed, however they have once again dropped it off at a random supervalue. I honestly do not have the words for how little I want to do business with this sham company.”

“Absolutely ridiculous experience with fastway. They delivered my parcel to the complete wrong address and have been unable to track it down. I have contacted them every single day since(nearly a week now) to try and sort it out and they have still not been able to help me. Absolute shambles of a company- how they are still in business is a mystery! If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

“I don't think this is okay: Gentlemen, We would like to inform you that a consignment placed in our company (couriers on the highway) by a Red Cross officer here in Afghanistan is currently under security control in Turkey. Turkish customs office. As a company, we have done everything in our power to process the consignment from the Turkish customs office with all relevant documents. However, the Turkish customs office charges a fee of EUR 16 750 (EUR). NOTE: We want you to pay the above commitment as soon as possible so that you (highway couriers) can deliver the shipment as expected. “Absolute joke of a company Parcel was picked up by fastway on 20/04/21 and give a tracking number, and estimated to arrive in 48 hours,,,,,THAT was 5 weeks ago!!! Turned out to have the wrong aircode,but they had my email, address and phone number, contacted them by email 4time,get the same reply as everyone else "we'll get back to you" still no package,,, contacted sell who was just as bad and refused to give a refund,just checked tracking number again,said delivered 3 days ago,but they don't know where,,, Save yourself the hassle,pay the extra€1 and go through a reliable source... ,so after 6week,I get a reply,see below."send us your tracking number and we'll look into it,,, you've been looking into it for a month ....so what's your answer now ??”

“Delivery driver had a bad case of manstuation very abrupt and rude when I complained I was told my parcel would not be delivered I’d have to collect it at the depot sixty miles away. I’ll be reconsidering my online delivery’s if Fastway is the courier service.”

“Very unprofessional Bags where left laying at garden gate witch is open in pouring rain water running down the bags an damage packaging that was soaked this is the first time Fast way couriers have done this they have previously through stuff over the wall rather than walk up a small garden path”

“I live in an apartment block and I noticed that Fastway couriers leave the parcels in a common Area, on the floor, in front of the post boxes where a random person can take it! FastWay couriers- don’t be lazy! Come back if we are not home and can’t collect the parcel. We pay for your service!”
