“I ordered my seven month old grandson an aspirator to help eliminate head congestion. It was in transit 54 days from China to the US. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and I have not been able to speak to a person at all about this. All the messages say is get with my shipper. FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address twice. I will not order anything else from any company that uses FedEx. No concern or consideration for customers, so sad.😞

“FedEx office in fayette county is a fine way to acquire your delivery needs for all your online shopping. For the most part the packages are always on time and in great care but with that being said there is always that 1 out of a hundred that comes damaged or late even though you paid for three day shipping. For the most part though I'd continue to use them and they get a four out of five when it comes to service in my eyes.”
