“Initially they installed firewall and virus software and things seemed ok. Then the computer started shutting down and restarting. After spending weeks researching the issue, it was determined the problem was due to their software. Removed all of their software and no more shutdowns. They kept calling saying they were having issues doing updates. I told them I was canceling their service, all of it. Now three years later they call and tell me they a going to charge me over $900 to renew my firewall. I told them no. We will see what happens. Interstate fraud charges? Internet says their Miami office is permanently closed. wish I could give them a zero.”
