“Bought a refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 with an SSD drive to replace an old computer. Arrived well packaged, worked straight out of the box, boots up in 30 seconds, the old one took about 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier for the price of £130. A friend who works with computerrs told me that is really good value for one with an i5 processor.”

I have rated this company 1 star because that is the lowest that can be rated, otherwise I would rate the company in minus terms.
Awful service, Awful products, they are only interested in taking monies by deception and do not answer their "Customer Services" phone which is a mobile number, left over 18 voicemails over a period of a week but they NEVER responded.
I also spoke with "Max" at their so called offices but he just kept telling me to call the none existent customer services.
They are selling on ebay and Amazon Marketplace. Amazon is reviewing how they managed to get on their platform because the company is not fit for purpose. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
I suspect that this is a small east Asain family company who have no idea of how reputable companies should operate and are just real charlatans selling goods in a deceitful and deceptive manner.

“Sold a dodgy device and expect me to repair this although they sent it not working, this is ridiculous, they are refusing to arrange a return or swap at reasonable hours, I messaged them stating this was to work from home and they sent a faulty device absolute shocking service!!!”

I wasn't happy with this so wanted refund and they only offered to swap but between Monday to friday 9-5 but I work those hours so not possible, They won't offer another reasonable outcome or issue a refund, Avoid at all costs, they have 100s Of FAKE REVIEWS on eBay because the other sites they only have mostly negative reviews, Avoid at all costs, If you see this at first click solutions, If you offer a reasonable resolution I will remove all the bad reviews but until then they are staying!!!”
