Still waiting for the correct item from my order placed in early April! Hundreds of emails, later... This is beyond rubbish service! Over two months for them to correct their mistake, and to simply send a small pack of rizlas through the mail. What an absolute farce this "company" is! Will not be using again (and I was a previously loyal customer of many years)

Still waiting for an item I ordered on 13th April 2022! I've been in touch with Asha (customer service) repeatedly since then; initially I simply pointed out the error (they'd sent kingsize rizlas instead of the regular size I'd ordered and paid for). Worst customer service ever! Asha simply keeps moving the goalposts, and no sign of the rizlas I ordered! I was told to send my invoice via email; then I was told to photograph (?!) the items I received... I seriously don't understand what is wrong with Asha and why she is the only member of staff responsible for customer service, given that she is utterly useless at dealing with customers in a timely and polite manner! Havana House actually made the exact same mistake with my order over a year earlier, but at that time they corrected it by sending out the correct Rizlas within the week. I'm not sure what has gone wrong this time (but clearly Asha is not helping matters)!

Order cancelled after 3 days, without telling me about it. Basically they sell what they don't have.

My favourite cigar shop by a big distance, they have been great online during lockdown and I love their shop in Windsor. Really looking forward to visiting their other shops when we are properly allowed out the house!

Havana House - www.havanahouse.co.uk Do not use this company. My partner bought me a gift of 3 tubed Cohibas. All were plugged and NOT smokable! If I could give them minus stars I would. Contacted them. They said they would send replacements and a bag to return the bad ones. We heard nothing. We sent them numerous emails - still nothing. A very bad company who obviously does NOT care about the condition of their cigars or customer service. If you buy from them it's going to be a lottery - especially as cigars in the UK are very expensive.

Mate i got bozzwanked stoned out off my fucking tree on new years, got some lovely honey berry backwoods and some Hennessy, got so fucked i ended up shagging a bird up the arse behind some bins, all my boys were laughing because i didn't know until the next morning that it was actually my dad with a wig on he thought it'd be funny to pull a joke on me whilst i was faded, still a great night though, tasted great too 10/10 would buy again. smashing delivery time for around the holidays. much appreciated.

The items I ordered were not sent, instead I ended up with something totally different and even the wrong size, so much for checking the delivery before it is sent. Then there is the hassle of having to return the item to a post office, ( Granted a Free returns service was offered). Then the inconvenience of having to wait for a refund. Overall I wouldn't recommend this seller and won't be using them again.
