Placed order but 8 days later still not received product. Had emails promising delivery and numerous phone calls with customer service chasing up where my product is. Oh and they never reply to emails! Utterly woeful. Now registered a complaint through paypal in effort to resolve

Very dissappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered a £300+ top last Thursday & paid £10 it to be delived on Friday. I ordered it before 2pm to ensure I would receive it the next day. It did not arrive until Saturday. I have had my delivery refunded but this is not good enough because I needed the top for Friday. It us no good to me now. I will be returning the top & expect a full refund.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My parcel went missing and it is impossible to speak to anybody regarding it. Reply emails just tell me to wait longer for a response. Would not shop with Flannels again!

I can’t rate the product because I haven’t received it yet. Was delivered to a local shop as requested. I had an email to say it was ready for pick up and I went the next day to do so, only to find it had been returned to the depot because it “hadn’t been scanned in properly”. I have not received any further emails and according to the tracking facility on the DPD website, it has been returned to Flannels. I have emailed Flannels TWICE and not had a response. No telephone number to contact them, so this is very poor customer service. Hoping this negative review will jolt them into action.

Very disappointed. The item never was delivered. Now DPD informed me that the item will be returned to Flannels (without reason). So before I get an e-mail to write a review I would have excepted to get an answer whats happening and how and when I get my item.

The vivienne Westwood top are obviously small sizes. Does not fit, will have to return. And the Armani underpants still have a security tag attached! So these too will have to be returned! Not happy at all!

My first experience with Flannels was great, selection of goods instore was great. It is slightly annoying how only certain brands are instore and online (Balenciaga/Celine only in store, Gucci/Mulberry only online) but I initially purchased £1,100 worth of birthday presents for my partner online. When they arrived, the more expensive item (£991) was a valentino bag and was so badly damaged I am in disbelief this was even sent out to me. I took it into store and got a refund. The next day I took the second item into store and exchanged it. After a bit of buying, my partner decided to return what I had ordered only to be told in store that they don't actually offer refunds (they had refunded the faulty item and another non-faulty item so was never aware of this and this shows they clearly can refund if they want to!). I have now been left with £1,100 worth of a gift note when I would never have purchased anything from Flannels if I had known this in the beginning as none of their items are exclusive and can be purchased in many outlets where refunds are accepted. The staff don't seem to know much as apparantly the rules are they are not allowed to refund online orders which they did and they cannot exchange items brought online instore so if you order something, you pay delivery and if you want to return, you pay to send back, you don't have the option to exchange/get a credit note in store. Customer service is non existent if you can even get through in the first place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NEVER USE FLANNELS AGAIN. It should be illegal to refuse a refund for an item that hasn't been worn and is with original packaging.

My parcel got lost on its return to flannels either though I used a signed for service , Post office gave me a small compensation and Flannels made no attempt to make up the difference so I lost a large sum of money . Very disappointed, won’t be shopping with them again . Be very careful. Not good customer service .

Very disappointed with the product/service. My Valentino’s were FAULTY.. sole worn, strap broken and back scuffed. I contacted customer services several times and over a week on no reply when I was told there would be a response by the ‘end of the day’ 5 days ago. Do not recommend

Awful! Product defective could not get hold of anyone no answer on phone number and no answer to email. Never shopping at this store again. Very bad. Still not contacted me. Shoes £400 reduced to £120. Worn once. Sponged off mud which ked to the black shoe underneath bleeding through. Not impressed. Furious in fact. Terrible service and product

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST COMPANY EVER. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING ! Don’t reply to your emails , don’t have a customer service number. another one of them bogus companies !!!!! I Would avoid this company in all cost !!!!!

my Son bought me some shoes for Christmas on the 24 December I took them back because they were a poor fitting and they don’t give refunds after 2 days personally I think that’s disgusting but ok it’s their “policy” decided to go back after I had calmed down to exchange only to be told that I only had 14 days to do this in after the rude girl behind the till counted on her fingers how many days I had kept the item for she said I was just in time having said this I was giving them another £100 to get what I decided to exchange my shoes for , the whole shopping experience was not what I expected for a so called high end store and some of the staff were very rude and unprofessional and that was the manager will not be using flannels again

I ordered the wrong size so went to the store and was told to do it myself via post. It cost me £7 to do this! After sending off the parcel which clearly stated for another size on the returns form I received nothing and still haven’t...? I sent an email online via the website as I cannot find a contact number and the store phone wouldn’t answer but have not had a response from my email either! I’m waiting for my statement to see if I have been reimbursed. Very disappointing service!!

Disappointed that when ordering nearly £200 worth of clothes that I was charged £5-99 postage and this didn’t offer free returns. Despite the excessive postage charge the delivery took 5days. Great products poor service, will not use flannels again
