“Terrible customer service. I ordered 11-10 days in advance of Mother’s Day. They separated the orders and one arrived on time and one did not. The black roses were torn and smushed in the box. The box was dirty with color and dye stains. The styrofoam box shoved in the box and the roses were on a slant. I paid $200 for this... it was not worth it. It did not arrive on time and it was damaged . And Fleur de Paris NEVER responded!!!”
