Ordered 2 lots of flowers for Valentine’s Day and the most important item (personal card with the important words) was missing, called them up and they weren’t even interested other than we are sorry and that I could go to local shop to purchase one which is not the point, nothing was offered to rectify this other than that the lady would speak to manager and email us back, month later nothing ever received, poor customer service and seems like not interested in customers or further custom wouldn’t waste another £ very poor service received. Would not recommend

I don't really like the product. The picture of the roses in their website looks way better than the thing i received. my roses looks like really old To be honest the price of the product is too high for the materials and the boxing

I got express shipping and its been over a week and a half and I haven't gotten anything. Emailed them 4 times, no answer. My mom didn't have flowers on mother day and absolutely should have, given that I ordered it 10 days in advance with express shipping, that I had to pay extra for. They won't even respond to me. I still have no flowers. Livid is an understatement that they can't even send me shipping information.

I put i payment info then was asked to agree to a long list of terms - after reading them, I went back to complete the order and I was sent back to check out as guest page. All I want to do is order the flowers - not agree to your long and confusing contract. It's ridiculous! If you go into a store to make a purchase they don't ask you to sign your life away. You need to stop doing that, and I still don't know if you are charging my card. now I see in order to send this message, I need to read & agree to a data protection explanation!

Paid £10 for “express delivery” one week ago and still not received the item!! No UK contact number for any customer service to discuss any concerns with. Will never order from this website again.

customer service a nightmare, they don’t work weekends clearly , instead of fixing a problem as in edit to a card they offer a refund so this has now delayed delivery

No availble communication on the website led to disappointment. Ordered for Valentines day 2019, as the sender I have no access to DHL to rearrange the delivery or suggest an after 4pm time slot. None of this was made clear. As an Internet business you should agree with DHL that the buyer has access to the package. Its now 7 days passes since the delivery date and my loved one had no surprise as had to call DHL herself. Could have been easily avoid if I was allowed to leave a note at time of purchase or if you had live chat. Then i would have known and ordered elsewhere. Also unable to contact you its been 4 days since my email to you and no response. No option to speak to you either by phone which was my preferred option why not have a contact number on your website. Very disappointed that in 2019 a company can be faceless. So much for German efficiency, will not be recommending or using again. Useless money takers selling the dream delivering the nightmare.
