“To whom it Concerns: I quote: "You recently purchased Flexoplex and by now will have discovered all the amazing benefits it has to offer"! Hardly! Just requested a full refund. If your product is anything like the service after sale, it can't be much. Placed an order on Aug 22, 2020. I quickly got an email indicating the order was received and being processed and would be mailed right away. Expect delivery within 5 days! And I checked my bank account at that time and sure enough it had been debited. Finally today (Sept 4, 2020), I received a third email asking me to review the "amazing Flexoplex." That would be impossible as I have NOT received my order! I called and spoke with Theresa. She informed me that indeed the order had been processed, but it NEVER got mailed! Thanks for nothing but frustration in return for taking my money, using that money, while promising something that you didn't deliver! Stephen Craig”

“I am very disappointed to say at this point, I have not had any noticeable pain relief. I suffer from a variety of back issues including spinal stenosis. Simultaneously I have reoccurring pain coming from the Piriformis muscle. At this point, Flexoplex has not had any impact on pain reduction.”

“I was billed on my credit card $179.80 for Flexoplex on July 25th and the order has not been shipped as of August 6th. I was told that it is supposed to be shipped on August 12th which means that I will have been billed for an order that has taken over three weeks to possibly receive if I an lucky. It is dishonest to bill a customer for order when the product is not in stock. I have already been billed by my credit card bank with no product in hand.”

“WELL THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THAT I HAVE WITH IT IS WHERE I SEEN THAT IT IT HAS ABOUT 750 MILLIGRAMS OF SALT IN IT I WAS WONDERING WHY IT HAS THAT MUCH SALT IN IT AND I DO NOT THINK THAT I NEED TO BE CONSUMING THAT MUCH SALT SO I AM AFRAID TO TAKE ANYMORE OF IT SO PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MORE OF IT AND I THINK THAT I WANT TO TRY SOMETHING ELSE”
