I’d like to start this review by stating how disgusted i am with your service, you got my name wrong on my itinerary, you told me i’d have to pay an extra £550 pounds to change my flight date even though the airline policy will issue a full refund up to 48 hours before the flight. Then 24 hours before my flight you tell me my connection flight was cancelled with no alternative. Leaving me unable to travel, from a £778 ticket i received a total of £35 as a refund, what a joke!!!!’ When speaking on the phone your staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and less helpful than a rubber nail. I am 100% convinced that your company is a “cowboy agency” absolutely terrible customer service, you rely on people having to change plans in order to make a profit which is absolutely disgusting. I hope your company goes bust, i have read your reviews online and its not just me you are doing it too, you are liars, scammers and cheats, but your company will go down the toilet, no matter how many fake 5 star reviews you leave yourself. Everyone at your company should be extremely ashamed and embarrassed, it’s saddening how you treat your “valued customers” you’re completely laughable. I will tell every single person i know to avoid you, i will give you a terrible review on every single review sight you are on, wether that be “flight catchers” or “polani travel” I will make it my goal to deter as many people as i can from your disgusting low life company.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Paid £622 for a ticket from greece to islamabad and got told id get a refund back excluding taxes of £30-£50 and received £32.50. Bad reviews for this fraud company. Poor service, unprofessional money grabbing bastards. Team leaders are unprofessional and unpleasant. Fraud company who gave incorrect information on 3 occasions, when asked to listen into calls they refused. Definitely taking legal action.

On Wed 29/11/2023 at 01:45 I noticed a booking through Flightcatchers.com also known as Polani Travel I have observed a charge on my card for a holiday, and I presume it was booked by my ex-girlfriend. Upon noticing the transaction, I promptly communicated via email, expressing my intention to cancel the transaction. Regrettably, I was informed that such cancellation would be subject to exorbitant fees. Considering my professional involvement in an agency, I am well-versed in the regulations governing the cancellation or return of goods acquired through online, telephonic, or mail order transactions, as I routinely manage such matters within the scope of my own agency. It is imperative to note that I initiated the dispute for this transaction within 10 minutes of receiving the booking confirmation, with a documented email trail available as evidence. 14 days is the minimum cooling-off period that a seller must give you under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 but obviously this company does not obey by the regulations. I have express my intent to terminate the aforementioned transaction, and I am amenable to remitting the administrative charges at a reasonable rate, as opposed to the exorbitant sum of £443.28 which they asked me for. Additionally, I have formally requested a copy of the contract. The communication was acknowledged through Zendesk, but regrettably, no response has been furnished thus far. Regardless of whether a contractual agreement has been formalised, in accordance with the aforementioned Regulations. I advise against choosing this company for flight bookings. While their flight services appear to have a somewhat decent rating on trust piolet, a closer examination reveals that the majority of reviews come from individuals who have only submitted one review. This suggests a likelihood of fake reviews intended to enhance the company's appeal. For a more accurate assessment, it is recommended to check the reviews on Reviews.io which is not good at all. Additionally, examining the ratings for similar services under the name Polani Travel indicates that this company may not be suitable for business purposes.

Why are scammers able to continue to operate online, year and year, with complete impunity? Where are the authorities that are supposed to protect consumers? This company is getting rich off unsuspecting customers. FLIGHT CATCHERS IS A SCAM, PURE AND SIMPLE. Steer clear of them. What they did to me is too complicated to be detailed here. Suffice it to say that they sold me a bogus service and kept my money. Don't fall victim to the same scam. I wish someone had warned me before I ever hear of Flight Catchers. But what goes around, comes around. Somehow, they will pay for the hurt they are causing unsuspecting customers.

Bunch of criminals and thieves. Took my moneys I called to cancel before flight was due. They refused to refund even though airlines refunded full amount. They are telling me they didn’t receive any refund. I went to the concerned airlines office they assured me 100% refund was issued to the them. To safeguard the person was not able to get a confirmation as it’s against the policy to deal with customer who have gone through agencies. The customer service is very rude. Well trained to steal your money.

DODGY & DISHONEST Flightcatchers.com These people are dishonest. I have made a booking with spelling mistake in the first name (from Abu to Anu - only 1 letter). This is not considered as 'name change'. Turkish Airlines allows correction of spelling mistake in names Free of Charge (up to 4 characters). This dodgy Flightcatchers.com wanted to charge me £160 to change from Abu to Anu, whereas airlines do not charge anything for this correction. The total cost of ticket was £179! It's better to purchase your tickets direct with little bit extra than this sort of DODGY, DISHONEST Travel Agent. Hey Dodgy travel agent, What will you do with this 'Haram Money' in your graves? I'm sure Flightcatchers.com would say they can't locate my booking!!!

The worse experience we have ever had dealing with this company!!! They have caused so much stress dealing with them, that it's put us off buying tickets through a broker. We will book directly with the airlines from now on. They took our money, then changed the flight times. When we were not prepared to wait 8 hours wait for a connecting flight, they would not refund! Would not refund! Then took nearly 1 year of constant battle to get back.

BEWARE!! Flight catchers AKA POLANI TRAVEL LTD are operating as con artists in disguise, they trick and dupe buyers into purchasing the tickets online without clear information and informing the customer. We bought 7 tickets only to find out that check in baggage is not included. Their agents then called us to offer baggage at a reduced cost and then told us it was time limited deal after it expired and failed to mention any of the information clearly to us so we could make an informed decision. 7 people travelling without check in luggage. Absolute joke. Advisors are left to deal with the poor management decisions. One advisor hung up on me. Others give false promises to help you and repeat the same information repeatedly without providing a solution. Upon looking further into them, they seem to be more fraudulent than genuine. I don't know how they're operating and looking at other reviews they definitely stand for extorting money out of customers once the flight is booked as you have no choice left. Flight catchers is extortion and they do not know what customer service is nor do they have an actual complaints procedure nor does their "office" ever open. They operate remotely and go by fake advisor names. Just search Polani travel Ltd reviews and you will see why they go by a different name now which they have not done well by either. Shame on you for scamming people and ruining people's holidays. Leeching off customers holiday money.

THIS IS SCAM, STAY A WAY. I was trying to book my flight with them and my payment has been declined so l went l booked the exact same flight by gotogate and paid the full price. But l few day l noticed the flight catcher took full amount from my account without my premises for the same flight l was already paid for. I called them and explained the situation but the refuse to issue refund. They are saving your card details and then try to charge you latter and the know for fact you will book with another company. This is how the make money. Stay away from them please.

This company is a complete scam. The fact they are still trading is beyond belief. You must not use this company. They left me stranded on the other side of the world after selling flights that don't even exist and the customer service is potentially the worst I have ever experienced. Absolutely no action was taken to resolve the issue and they honestly couldn't care less.

Horrible company. I booked and paid a full ticket only to find out that they changed my return schedule, making it extremely inconvenient for me(costed me 6 hours of layover plus 15 hours journey instead of the original 9 hours). Additionally they missed to pay the airline some sort of “tax” and I was on a waitlist. After a meltdown at the staff, the manager “sorted” things out and only then I was able to check in online. All of this less than 24 hours of my travel with zero notification. DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM FLIGHTCATCHERS/ POLANI TRAVEL.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY! We made the critical error of buying flights for our honeymoon to Japan in Feb 2024 through Flightcatchers (originally finding them through Skyscanner). We booked at 6.30pm on 01-11-23 and after receiving an unsolicited email directly from Flightcatchers a bit later that evening, it raised our suspicions about this company. We did some digging and found a lot of very concerning reviews, some older, some very recent. At 9.08pm on 01-11-23 I emailed saying I had concerns and asking about the cancellation process. At 9.21pm I asked to cancel our flights and have a full refund. This was roughly 2.5 hours after first booking. At 9.34pm I received an email from a different representative telling me that I had to inform them "before 12am tonight" if I wanted to cancel otherwise I'd lose all of our money. If I did cancel, "an amount of 200 GBP per passenger will be deducted as the cancellation fee". As you can imagine, this was horrifying news to us, and only cemented further are concerns, aligning with many previous reviews from other consumers where they have said Flightcatchers took unreasonable amounts from them in cancellation fees, seemingly without any prior warning that they could do this. We tried to reason with them, asking them to reconsider their decision based on the fact that we only bought the tickets hours before. They would not relent, continuing to apply pressure that we either cancel and take the hit, or we cancel after 12am and lose all of our money. In the end, as we felt like we had no other choice and felt incredibly uncomfortable proceeding further with a company who would treat consumers like this, we agreed to cancel and Flightcatchers agreed to reduce the cancellation cost to £177 per person. However, the situation continued to be an ordeal. We have had to relentlessly chase them to process our refund. They promised they had done this but they hadn't, as shown on some documentation they sent across to prove they'd processed it, but the date did not align with when they originally said they would be processing. They keep referencing their T&Cs and I have scoured through them and cannot find any mention anywhere of their strict deadlines regarding when you must inform them of cancellation nor any mention of their high cancellation penalties. Where does the £200 per passenger come from? I have repeatedly asked to see documentation that shows where the £200 pp comes from and have not received anything. I have found this entire experience not only frustrating but lacking in any logic. It is impossible to have a rationale conversation with any of the staff. They lack compassion, empathy, and seem intent on grabbing as much money from you as possible. They are not trustworthy. Please learn from our expensive lesson to not book through a company like this and if you are intending to because the flights look cheap, please look at the reviews online, especially under Polani travel, which is their umbrella company. Do your research before you tangle with them, I wish we had, especially as we ended up re-booking directly with the airline and it only cost £30 pp extra when compared with what we paid through Flightcatchers. In addition, we now have full control over our flights, we were able to book allocated seating for free through the airline, which Flightcatchers were insinuating isn't a possibility, and we feel so much more reassurance about the legitimacy of our flights, knowing that we have full control, and can see all the information ourselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM!
