“I have bought many items from FlightStore and I must say that they are normally super efficient at dispatching my order and well deserving of the 5 Star reviews that I have left in the past. However, on this occasion they were below par. As usual, my order was quickly acknowledged, but then it went quiet until several days later when I receive an email saying that they were waiting for stock to arrive - it wasn't clear, but I think that it was for only one of the 3 items that I had ordered. The Monday when stock was due to arrive came and went and it wasn't until the Friday that I was notified that my order was in the post. It then arrived very quickly, but after a total of almost 2 weeks from when I placed my order. On this occasion, I think that FlightStore could have done themselves a favour and dispatched those items that were in stock rather than waiting until all 3 items were ready. I still rate FlightStore as the best for pilot supplies in terms of range, price and service, but on tis occasion, they fell rather short of their normal standards, hence only 3 Stars this time.”

“The controls are very realistic and easy to use. Control of the aircraft is very easy using both the yoke system and throttle controls. It is easy to mount on a table/desk. Software easy to load and works on Windows 8. Very pleased and would recommended this product.”
