“Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through our laminate flooring options. Once we had made our choices we were quickly given costings including the fitting cost. Once we had decided to proceed a fitting date was arranged and we payed half the cost as a deposit. All in all a professional and pleasant purchasing experience.”

“I recently popped into a floorstore outlet in Leeds, and I couldn't be happier with the service i received from Oneil, my shopping experience was so good I haven't laughed so much in a long time.
