“I ordered a bunch of different samples to try to pick the right color. The colors appear different in person so it’s definitely a good idea to see them for yourself in your own home. I also ordered samples from Hew Stoneform and I’m left torn between the two. Flooret has the better wear layer but Hewn’s core is .5mm thicker which gives them a more solid feel under the foot.”

“We ordered samples in both the signature and base models, in a variety of colors! Shipping was extremely fast. We showed them to a few contractors and they all complimented on the quality of the planks. Now the hard part is trying to decide between the colors Nakan and Sutton! Also, wish there was a width option between 6 and 9 inches.”

“I love this flooring it's water proof and seems very durable in almost every way. It can be scratched if something sharp is drug across it like a dryer with a missing foot but another then that it looks like it will hold up well to pets and kids.”

“I am thrilled with the Lato Signature. We started with 6 color samples and decided on the Lato. We ordered full size boards to see how it will look in our spaces. The reason I gave 4 stars is because all three full sized samples are damaged or have flaws in the boards. I am curious if they sell the seconds as samples or if they were damaged in transit. I will be reaching out to find the answers to my questions. I am hopeful that there is more care taken with a 600+ square foot order.”

“The website claims that by signing up you can get a discount on samples but that never worked for me. I did end up paying full price for the samples and have been my favorite so far. The quality of the "signature" planks is far better than any other samples I have obtained. I just hope they have a sale soon to purchase a full order.”

“The product feels like something far more expensive than other retail options. Some of the "wood flaws" in the pattern are not so great but the material itself is high quality. We ordered the Modin Nakan - everyone likes it. One issue (Reason for four stars rather than 5) is the way it is delivered. They brought a class 8 semi truck onto our property. I was crystal clear that they could not bring that size truck on my road or my yard and yet that is what happened. Did LOTS of damage. No recourse for us but to hire landscapers to repair the ground and replace damaged plants after the truck had to be towed out. CONFIRM how this product will be delivered. It is heavy and requesting a UPS-Sized delivery truck doesn't mean anything.”

“The flooring looks good, is certainly sturdy and I am eager to see it installed. The delivery was a nightmare, but Flooret has stood behind its product and is in the process of replacing all damaged boards. Customer service at this point has been great and I look forward to reviewing this flooring again after seeing how it stands up over time.”
