“I’ve only received a sample so far, but the quality of the product looks and feels good. A couple of the samples look more plastic-y than others, but I’d have to see what it looks like installed vs a sample piece being inspected up closely. I tried doing a “sock test” on the sample based on reviews I heard online about the flooring causing holes in clothing (an issue that is broader than just Flooret), and didn’t notice huge issues with the 3 samples I tried it on. There was a little wear, but nothing major. Overall I feel it is a good quality product and we will likely be ordering from Flooret.”

“Our floor is very pretty. I thought it would look more like real wood, though, and it doesn’t. Still, it is easy upkeep, and way better than our old rug!”

“So far installation has gone well. Few top pieces damaged from shipping in the small pallet but able to use those as cutoffs for different parts of the house. snapping in under existing door jambs without angling can be difficult. Overall very happy with product so far.”

“Samples are well worth getting, as you need to see how their 'hue' changes throughout the day based on the changing natural light within the home. Also, feedback for Flooret: be sure to label each Sample with the floor color as some are very similar and it's important to be sure. Ive received some that have a label and others not labeled! Also, same feedback for sample colors illustrated within rooms on website. Please label colors on the picture being viewed. Not all are labeled and it's confusing. This is a big investment so need to be sure what color & type it is! Tks”

“Shipping of the product sample was prompt. The corner of two of the planks suffered minor damage. It is not a big deal, because I can still use them if needed when I purchase the full order.”

“I have been looking at flooring for about a year and it's a hard decision. I kept seeing Flooret pop up on my social media and finally decided to get some samples. I was worried cause I didn't really know anything about them, didn't know if they were legit. Shipping was fast! The samples were nicely packaged! And the samples are beautiful! I am on the fence with Nakan, not sure if I should go with base or signature. Some online photos Ive seen make it look very yellow/golden and I dont want that. But some make it look neutral and beautiful. Its so hard to pull the trigger. I did receive one sample where there was a crack in the corner by the click in and hope I wont deal with more that if I decide to purchase.”

“The plank came but not the trim. I had to contact the company, twice, to have them send the trim. Vanessa with the chat service was great for helping me get all my purchased items.”

“This far I have only ordered samples. The product seems fantastic but I am struggling with the samples not looking the same in my home (colorwise) as they look in the pictures on the website. I hope to find the "right" one so I can place an order and move my project forward :)”

“I ordered 6 full planks of 3 different signature colors - Arlo, Tilden, and Ashford. Unfortunately, they all came damaged enough that if I were to choose on of those colors, I’m pretty sure none of those planks would be usable as an extra plank as their locking mechanisms were chipped in various places. I know it’s not Floorets fault but whoever shipped them to us must have been extremely angry at our box 😂 it just stinks because if we go with Arlo (our n#1 choice), they could have been usable planks - I mean they aren’t cheap so why not try to use them? They are all beautiful and quality planks and I’m so excited to order! I just hope ordering the full amount on pallets will prevent the damage that occurred with this order 🤞”

“What can you say about samples? Well, I can say is that the material felt stronger than comparable Karastan materials. I did not find another flooring material with a thicker "wear layer" at 40mm than Flooret - others typically fall into the 6mm to 20mm range. With ordering multiple samples we felt like we were able to evaluate the locking feature of the samples. Everything connected nicely. We found a small sample we liked so then ordered a large plank. I recommend this before the final purchase so you can see the material in various light conditions. Flooret customer service has been exceptional. I referred my brother to Flooret for his project and he liked what he saw so he is purchasing 500 square feet. Shipping from WA to FL works out to about $.40 cents a square foot - seems fair in today's economic conditions. Assuming you find the color and texture you like, the flooring material in the Signature series appears to be a good value. Good job Flooret!”

“Flooret was amazing with how quickly they sent their samples. I received two different seats from Flooret while not receiving ones I ordered from another company. Thanks for that! We appreciate being able to see them in the room, the pictures just don't do it the same. They seems slightly thin, but good quality. We're still deciding”

“This review is for SAMPLES ONLY. Flooret has hands-down the best presentation of samples you will find anywhere. They are full-width and if you get more than one, you can see how the planks will lock together. The flooring is beautiful. Now for the downside. I ordered MANY samples, and once I thought I'd narrowed down my selection, I ordered full plank samples in two styles (Hafren and Tilden)--two of each style. I requested in the comments that they send planks that would show the color variations in each style. What I received were nearly identical planks in both styles. They sent each style in a separate box (two planks of Hafren in one box and two planks of Tilden in the other box). They were poorly packed and all the planks had damage on the ends. Our project is small (a lavatory), so we will only need two or three cases of flooring. After seeing the condition of these large planks after shipping, we have decided against attempting to use this size. Maybe they ship fine if you have a large order that will ship on a pallet via a freight company, but forget it if you only need a few cases and they ship via FedEx. Now we are weighing our options and wondering if the smaller, base model planks are likely to travel better. Flooret needs to do something about how these are packed and shipped. At the very least, the planks need sturdy protection on each corner (not just flimsy flexible packing foam). Of course the other downside is that nearly all the base model planks are on backorder.”

“Great wear layer and printing/texturing. The locking system on the sample had a couple chunks taken out on the ends which is a bit concerning. I'm not sure if that was from cutting or shipping.”
