“Ordered samples and compared to some other brand samples. Flooret pieces have very good patterns and the signature is very substantial in thickness and weight. Have read about issues with the aluminum oxide coating being abrasive to socks/clothes and still have some concerns (many youtube videos, forum posts, etc). Ran my foot back and forth on the sample and can see some abrasion... some other brands have this issue as well to varying degrees. Still searching for another lvp with similar build quality that may not have this issue or only minimal as we have kids that will play on the floor. Have not ruled out Flooret as of yet, but hoping to find another quality product without the abrasion issue. Some have mentioned cali floors which I'm looking into.”

“I’ve been searching for my most of the house flooring for sometime. Lots of other brand samples didn’t make the cut. Floret did. I will be ordering soon. The three full sized planks I ordered confirmed the quality and color. I don’t think there’s another LVP out there with that strong of a wear layer and the Sutton is the perfect neutral for my home.”

“We are replacing all of the flooring in our home and are trying to do it on a budget, but not sacrifice quality. Having little ones that play hard on the floor, finding flooring that was durable and low in VOCs, was also really important. Flooret seems to hit all the marks. We ordered samples of Kingswood and Soho and were impressed. We can't wait to fill our home with our new Flooret flooring.”

“I haven't received any product, because everything is on backorder for 2-3 months, so I can only speak to the order process at the moment. I was charged full price immediately at purchase without any clue when it will arrive. I was hoping the charge would come when the product is ready. I understood it is backordered when I ordered, but it still is inconvenient, I will miss my deadlines, and not being able to fulfill product will make me think twice about recommending Flooret to someone no matter how nice the floor or price is”

“Quality of the flooring is great. However the customer service, order process, and shipping is sub par. Flooring goes on backorder for months without notice and with no follow up from flooret. No one will be able to tell you when the flooring will come in because they are unable to track their shipment from China through the unload port. This becomes a difficult situation when you have renovation deadlines and contractors, move dates, and timelines must all be rescheduled. All of which incurs additional costs. The last order I received was outside their promised 12 day shipping window. After paying $200 in shipping, I had to try and negotiate with their 3rd party shipping agent to schedule my own delivery. No shipping credit was given for being outside this promised window. Buy more expensive flooring from a reputable company and you will be better off.”

“Excellent quality, excellent graphics, except Lachlan very visually disappointing. Really disappointed wouldn’t be able to get the combination of features I want, as I would like nice thick vinyl with thick underlayment, such as on signature, but in the medium width and micro bevels such as base.”

“LOVE the color and sheen of these Soho Base floors, almost perfect. Only concerns: 1. A small area had already gotten scratched within a couple of weeks (so strength is tbd) 2. The stair pieces we ordered were defective a little bit and our installers had a massive headache trying to get the stairs to work with the boards and the nose (so be warned if you have stairs!). They had to get creative to make it work using glue etc. Nonetheless, we want to keep the house consistent so we have to order a second batch for upstairs.”

“Beautiful! We compared these floor samples to others from big home improvement stores… none compared. The texture matches the wood grain pattern, the wear layer is thicker than anything in the same price range, and the colors are beautiful! Our contractor who will install the floors also commented on the quality and gave us kudos for choosing great floors. We couldn’t be happier!”
