My last order took over 45 days to deliver. I was disappointed that the company did not notify me until I wrote to them. I want to know how I can return the shoes to get the next size larger and how long will that take. ThankYou

some one got into my bank after using your site.pay pal woudnt go thro so I had to sign using my card.i found out in time and got my money back . be carefull.

Where do I begin? I am ashamed that I did not read any reviews before ordering. 1st I placed an order with several items on it. Soon after, I received an email stating that I was required to send (pertinent information blotted out) a copy of my picture ID, and my bank debit card with only the last 4 digits showing. However, there was no information as to where I might fax those copies to, or any other way to provide them with that information. So I did the email thing, and without any other communication, they cancelled the entire order. Mind you, there were some items that I really wanted, so I went through the online catalog AGAIN selecting items very carefully, according to their size charts on each item. Fired off the order the second time, only to receive an email stating "we're not in the business for trying-on" and would I please delete items I may not want. I found that to be insulting and very poor customer service. And yet I pressed on.....I wanted my entire order filled. It was supposed to be delivered this past Wednesday by DHL. As it was getting later in the day, I checked the order again, and found that all was correct....except the zip code. I immediately called DHL, and was told that the package had already been transferred to the US postal service, and they provided me with the USPS tracking number. I called USPS and was told that the package was in route (to the wrong city) and that the only way to initiate a "package intercept" was to go through the original vender. I contacted them, and was told via email 24 hours later to contact DHL. I emailed them back, reiterating everything I wrote in this review, along with the question "What kind of a company is this?" And at this point, I searched and found the reviews. I think I may be out the money. DO NOT order from this company.....Floryday.

Clothing is always of good quality but doesn’t always fit to size. It can be slightly smaller than anticipated. If you get a stretchy material, it’s fine, but otherwise a bigger size is needed.

I placed an order 3 months ago. I understand because of the virus etc I received two items which are very nice there was one item left. I chased this and eventually I suggested if u could no send it refund my money. This was a week ago. I hope my refund its been dealt with and I will place an order again to see how long it will take to deliver.

A refund of $87 AUD confirmed for Order 028508433326 in October has never been credited to my card. This despite advice of this. Never again would I deal with Floryday and would never recommend you.

I ordered a top, which when arrived was nothing like advertised item. Poor quality, think material - basically cheap & nasty. I would urge people to beware before buying.

I loved all the items I bought, they all fit, and came fairly quickly. The only bad part about FloryDay is the extremely high shipping costs.

I’m not impressed with this website at all anymore and I’ve made it very clear to everyone I know to stay away I’ve showed how cheap the products are now and I still like to get my necklace I ordered back in December Not that I’ll ever get it but he code on the necklace was 118-1791

I am disgusted by the way floryday treats their customers. I preordered a dress and they kept my money for a month then cancelled the order after keeping my money for a month, however I could have bought the dress at a larger price. My second order was a poor quality and sent to me 3 sizes too small even though the size was on the packet - no excuse floryday. This item I then had to pay to send back their problem. Never again!!

Buyers Beware!!!!! I finally received my order today and was very disappointed. The items I ordered were/is being advertised as embroidered and they are just cheap looking printed fabrics! I will never buy from them again. Also, another shady thing they advertise is that you will receive order in 7 to 8 days NOT. That time frame is once your order make it to the US. It takes about 3 weeks. So very angry 😡😡😡😡😡

Uggh! Why did I not read reviews before I ordered? I had no idea this was a Chinese site and of course the beautiful blouse lured me in and I lost my senses and ordered. Fortunately, it was cheap. I ordered it Oct 9th. They send me an email saying it was shipped with a tracking code but no indication who the shipper is. After some research I figured out it was Aftership. I put the tracking code in on Aftership and when using Google translate, i can see it landed somewhere on October 21st. Where it landed, who knows. I'm hoping it landed in NY Customs? Beware, when you order from a Chinese site, you become an importer and have to pay tarriffs, too. I'm hoping my $30 USD blouse will go under the radar. It is now the 26th. I will give them 1 week and if I still don't get it, I will have my credit card company reverse the charges.

Everything I have bought from Floryday has been of very good quality at great prices. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition. They offer a huge range of styles and designs and they are just that wee bit different from high street stores.

some items have been a generous fit others no .. (size 24 to 26 ...apart from all of me my biggest is upper arms...My favorite dress came FROM fLORY DAY so I'll keep looking thnx Pam
