“I made my order for flowers in response to the ‘free vase’ offer. I entered the ‘FREEVASE’ code with the order but there was no evidence of that on my order. The flowers were lovely, but no vase. I was told that it was too late to add the free vase to the flowers as they had already been dispatched. Despite the glitch in the system, I am happy to receive vase now. I have emailed 2-3 times about this, but to no avail. I hope this can be rectified soon.”

“The Letterbox flowers were pretty pour and wilted and so far have not fully recovered despite being plunged into neck high water. The bouquet was also limp and has slowly looked more acceptable but overall not impressive displays”

“I have already mailed Isabella to explain their condition etc. - and gave a rating of 3 out of 5, made up of 2 because of the tired condition of the roses, spoiling the overall appearance of the bouquet, plus and extra 1 for the good standard of the packaging.”
