“I have had no problems with Foodhub itself, it’s the money processing cowboy company called (DATMAN) that is a big problem, constantly delaying paying my weekly takings, and not trusted at all by my customers, so I am losing customers.
I have cut my dealings with food Hub because of DATMAN.”
“Stay away all reviews are 5star as the takeaways get to choose which reviews get displayed. Very corrupt system all I want is a true reflection of the takeaways see for yourselves have a look at same takeaways that appear on Foodhub and just eat you will see on Foodhub they’ll all be perfect star rating but on just eat you’ll see bad as well as good reviews no problems using the Foodhub app just it doesn’t reflect a true and accurate picture of food outlets on there as I’ve said the food outlets just choose not to display any negative reviews which doesn’t reflect a true picture for the customers.”
“Shocking company and all there sales team are scammers avoid using them as a business. They signed my takeout up to use there service and when it came to giving me the money for my orders kept sending me to a company called datman. they kept saying we have charges off £300 on account which was never mentioned. when it come to signing me up They would call every hour when it came to paying up no call back. I should've stuck to my instinct there a company who rob little businesses jokers”

“Thieves and charlatans. Reckon they can't give refunds for items not received. So essentially taking money for goods not supplied and therefore thieves. Won't let you make a complaint either so just sweep the whole thing under the rug. Avoid like the plague. Robbing fucks.”

“Poor review of local takeaway got deleted. Watched as many other poor reviews (but fair from my experience) also got deleted. Only positive ones remain, skewing and misrepresenting the takeaway. Avoid Food Hub.”
