“Please avoid this company at all cost as they are scam. They were asking me to take them my review and they will refund my money. If I don’t take down the review my money won’t be refunded. Who does that?

“Bought an engine from these guys and it was damaged. Unfortunately couldn't test the engine until it had been fitted and then it was too late! Contacted them and they wanted me to remove the engine and send it back? Cost me £900 to have it fitted and a few more hundred pounds to repair the faults. Their engines obviously aren't inspected adequately and they provide you with no history or mileage. They also have an eBay business so buy at your own risk!”

They said they had the part in stock and charged my card with a promised delivery of 5 working days. After chasing the order up numerous times (around 30 calls) they finally admitted they did not have the part and said they would refund. Two months have now passed with no refund on my card and no part delivered. They don't answer my calls and if they do answer they leave my call on hold and we can hear them laughing in the background. Absolutely horrible experience.”

They may come up with a part after a parts search, then send you the wrong part, you have to send it back at your own cost, then they don't refund you or send the correct one.
Constantly rude every time I phoned, no reply to emails, excuse after excuse.
Needed Paypal to get refund back, but not postage.
Wasted hours of time for nothing.
Should have gone to Jap Parts after part search.
Finally got the part through them.

“Great service. I ordered on Monday morning, part, a front wing for my Lexus, was with by 10am the next morning, & I live virtually 100miles away. I was dealt with very well on the phone, in fact they phoned me back to check on my car reg, as it hadn’t shown up on their computer, which happens regularly, with other companies, but they just wanted to make sure of the part. The part was in very good condition, & cheapest of 4 quotes I’ve had. Very satisfied. Ian Verdon.”
“If there was a zero would be that...they are full of B.S...my car was left their after charging issue...with hybrid ...next day was told it was changed..was charged £350....few days later it had died. Later realised it was not even touched now they saying...it will be replaced as it's under warranty....but will be charged for labour as it was a faulty part...which they have supplied ...what the F##k....now it's been over a month & the excuse is it's coming from Japan... Never heard so much bulll SHITT ...never had a major issue with jap cars...defo will Not trust this place ...”

“I got a call from Dave after I posted the advert, who told me he had the part. I asked if he was sure it was for a LWB and he assured me it was. The part eventually arrived in Scotland, and was the wrong part. I called Dave, and he said, leave it with me I'll sort it out. That was the last I heard from Dave and I am 200 quid down for a part that doesn't fit my van. Rogues and charlatans.”
