"I went to a store yesterday and nothing had a price on it. You had to scan a QR code. So I scanned the code for a jacket I wanted to buy. It pulled up the webpage where it said it was on sale for $32. I was like cool. So I went to the counter to buy it, and it's $65. We went back and forth about how the item isn't priced, online it's half that price, and she said online they do promotions that they don't do in the store. She said some locations price-match but the one I was standing in doesn't so I had to pay full price. How confusing and messed up is that? I got the jacket anyway, but I just felt so gross about it when I got home last night, and still felt weird about the whole thing when I woke up. There's no place to send feedback of course, so I used their chatbox. I told them I just wanted to share feedback about my experience. They were SO RUDE. They wrote me off, telling me to just go to the store to return it then. I wasn't even asking them to give me money, but to understand what a confusing and unfair position they put me in. If I went to a different store the same exact jacket would be $32 but because I was in the wrong one it was twice the price? And they refuse to acknowledge that this would be somewhat cleared up if they just priced their in-store items in the first place. If they're going to be different prices wherever you go, at least put the price on it. Anyway, this reminded me why I never go to this headache of a store and I will never go back. I don't even like looking at the jacket anymore and I'm going to return it."

They told me I could pay $5.99 to ship it back or return it in store but either way I wouldn\u2019t be refunded the $12.99 even though THEY sent the wrong item and didn\u2019t get it to me within 2-3 days."

Wanted this for my upcoming trip. I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to send a return label. This isn\u2019t the first time. Won\u2019t get me again"
