“After recently purchasing two belts recently, I found myself being asked, by the on-line system to pay postage on one belt and pick-up in store for the other. When the assistant realised this situation, I received a call to say the postage would be returned to me. A truely top class service from all the staff. I thank them for this and look forward to shopping there again. Thank you all!”

Hi Mr Hans Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. In this instance I can see you bought your Ralph Lauren shirt at 60% off, and used a further discount code which actually more than covered your shipping charge. Meaning you paid less including shipping than the advertised price. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with our delivery charges - our prices are clearly shown on the website in our T&C’s as well as at checkout , and we feel they are fair and inline with industry standards, but appreciate the feedback as we constantly review our business practices.
