So hard to cancel, lovely flowers but not worth £25. Still fighting to cancel subscription.

Totally misleading website. Clearly states regular plan followed by 'OR ONE OFF GIFT FOR SOMEONE' . Jack on the phone told me no I was wrong and the website is perfectly clear. Thanks Jack as long as you say so. After receiving her first box my friend then got my 'subscribed flowers' the next day. I didn't have an email to say this was the case or I was signed up to anything? I had an email to say I had done what I Intended and bought one set of flowers. THIS IS MISLEADING. 'out of generosity ' (after forking out £25 I didn't authorise) the company gave me half my money back and forget it guys of you actually want the flowers you've now given to someone else and paid double for, then they won't even redeliver them to the right address!! Have a good look at your website. Automatically being signed up to something when it clearly says 'one off gift' is a con. I hope you can update your website and save other people this hassle.

Shocking customer service - 1st bunch were lifeless literally dropping and did not last even 6 days. Promised a review by their quality - yes you guessed no review. They encouraged me to take the 2nd delivery which on literature says will be delivered in the morning on Fridays - it is now 3.30pm still no flowers asked to cancel and get a refund refused!. These flowers will have been out of water for more than half a day - I have now canelled my account and will be £25 out of pocket I have no words. Dreadful company.

Absolutely Shocking!! I signed up last Tuesday 12th November with my first delivery for my wife confirmed by Freddie's Flowers for the 15th November. Absolutely nothing turned up and there was no contact from either Freddie's Flowers or the delivery company. I sent an email to them on the Saturday and then followed up again on the Monday and received absolutely zero response. I then phoned twice on Wednesday 20th and eventually got through to someone. They looked at the system which said that it was still with the driver 5 days later!! I asked why I hadn't had a response and they stated that they have had a lot of emails and have been to busy to even read my email! This is absolutely shocking for an online company that's business relies on new customers, happy customers to introduce their services to friends and family and ultimately a strong delivery service. I was offered an apology and a delivery the next day which in itself was dumb given that would be the day before my supposed next weekly delivery!! Quite frankly the person on the phone didn't give a hoot and failed to take my complaint seriously. It does seem that these days companies take no responsibility for their errors and simply couldn't care less!

Good product, bad service. 1) they advertise that they are sustainable and reuse boxes, but 2 times I left old boxes for them to pick up but they never did. 2) You cannot cancel online, so which is malicious practice and should be highlighted. If you want to cancel, you will need to phone them. Then the person told me that she cannot cancel it and someone other from the team will call to cancel. They make it difficult to get out.

Ordered flowers as my daughter got some for my mother that where beautiful. Mine came half dead and not worth £25 so emailed to cancel. I got a phone call offering a free bunch to put this right but allowing me to drop in and out if I wanted flowers again they arrived half dead. A week later I got a text saying a Freddie’s delivery was on its way I hadn’t ordered it a wasn’t in to send it back. I immediately sent an email saying I didn’t want it and tried to text Dpd to stop the delivery but couldn’t. On getting home a checking my account I was down for weekly deliveries that I hadn’t. I then tried to close the account but it can only be pause. I rang my bank told them about the delivery coming that day and told them to cancel all payments to them including the one for that day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY USE YOUR LOCAL SHOP. First photo is arrival second is 5 days later

I am fed up with not receiving my flowers and having to chase it up. The customer service is appalling. I didn’t receive my flowers on Monday and called to check. Spoke to someone who was going to get someone to call me back.... nothing and it’s now Wednesday afternoon. I sent an email on Tuesday asking for an update.... nothing !!! Not the first time this has happened. I’ve now tried contacting Freddies flowers via phone, email, live chat and Facebook. Will now close my account and look for a supplier that is reliable.

Don't be fooled by a free bunch ,once they have your bank details they will continue to take money after you cancel. Then are rude and and try to argue it when you try and sort it out. They don't respond to emails either.

Got a free flowers card from my mother. At NO point following this card did it say how much, how often or that it was a repeated delivery. Put in card details as once again it didnt say I would be charged or how much and many account make you log details without charging. Had to search the website to discover it was EVERY week and £24. My mother had been offered two bouquets at half price but also had no knowledge it was a subscription. Be careful what you sign up for! Response to email about this and cancelling account simply said they cancelled it but nothing in regards to misleading advertising.

Signed up thinking the flowers looked lovely - however they failed to deliver the flowers as promised blaming their partner Royal Mail saying had it been one of their own drivers they would have got there on time. The person I spoke to seemed very blasé about me cancelling the account before I'd even received my first box and then asked if I wanted to be refunded for the flowers that I hadn't received!! Not much idea of customer service. Sorry to have to give a very poor review to what I thought was an exciting new young business. Looks like Interflora for me sadly.

I get once a month as I find them too expensive and there is no choice to cancel them Altogether . Well todays flowers are disgraceful. Very disappointed especially the price of them. I would be ashamed of myself and my company if I sent this out to customers .

Flowers themselves were nice. But be warned to cancel you have to phone/email them and they will interrogate you about why you are quitting. I stated I was having financial issues and did not want to keep clicking 'delay' for each delivery, I wanted to pause permanently, otherwise I may forget and end up paying. They told me they can't do that and have to delete my account. The man on the phone got very curt and seemed annoyed with me that I was leaving. They must be paid comission based on retention of customers. Really put me off ever coming back and left a sour taste.

Awful!! Tried to cancel but was ignored and charged £25 for flowers that are barely worth a tenner. So disappointed and am gutted to have lost that money- it’s a lot to me but customer service was rude and unsupportive.

The flowers I received from my son and daughter-in-law for mother's Day were half dead, I was and still am very very upset and angry about this, my son paid good money for flowers which are terrible. I do not have the heart to tell him about the condition of these flowers as he will feel terribly guilty that he has given his mum dead flowers. There is no way I would recommend this company, I bought some flowers 2weeks ago from Morrisons supermarket at the cost of only 49p as they were on their sell by date and I STILL have those flowers and they are STILL fresh with plenty of life still in them, 49p and 2weeks old yet yours are supposedly fresh cost a lot of money yet half dead, how do you explain that.

I cancelled my plan due to sheer cost, only to receive a copy of an internal email insulting me, to which "Freddie" tells me nothing was meant by it... I wasn't going to post anything online, however the fact that they did nothing about this email, but on top of that I got a call today asking if I wanted to sign up again has pushed me to be a little annoyed. If you insult people and don't own up to it, try taking them off your call list!

New customer. I got a half price offer on my first 2 bunches. Set up my account last night to find that they have taken an unauthorised amount of money from my account! ( I had already asked if you have to commit to a certain amount of orders and was told that I can choose how much and how often, this doesn't appear to be the case since they have taken £50 from my account already for a £12.50 bunch of flowers)

I ordered a trial free bunch of flowers which did not arrive. 4 days after emailing to let them know, I received a call from Callum who told me the flowers had not been sent as I hadn’t placed an order. I let him know that the order confirmation email and what was displaying on my account clearly proved this was not the case and that I wanted to cancel my account in view of the poor service. Callum proceeded to ask what I felt was poor!! I have no words. Dreadful company.

Don’t sign up for this. I signed up at the Craft Show in Birmingham. The flowers looked gorgeous and the guy explaining how it works was ace. However, I didn’t receive my first bunch of flowers on the date agreed - just in time for my birthday! I phoned them to ask where they were and the customer service was awful. Firstly, I was told that I was wrong about the date - I wasn’t. It was still on my calendar on my account page! Amber did say sorry, then admitted they’d been a glitch on their website. Something about a new website being set up. Anyway, Amber failed to reassure me that this wouldn’t happen again and offered no form of compensation to keep me as a customer when I asked her to close my account. I questioned her customer service skills and said goodbye. Since the telephone conversation I have received an email offering me a free bunch of flowers - too little too late I’m afraid. Previous to my expected delivery date, I’d posted a question on their Facebook page. This was deleted twice and on the third occasion was answered. I really wouldn’t waste your energy or money with this company.

This is a comment on my first box. I was excited & looking forward to delivery, I was at home to accept it. Huge box arrived, I was shocked when I opened it as many of the leaves on the flowers were broken, the flowers were all wilting & looked only fit for the bin. They since revived once in water but I will not waste anymore money. I’m glad I paid only £12 for them as to be honest I could have bought better from the supermarket for £6. I’m having one more £12 delivery from Freddie’s to make use of the offer but I would not pay full price for half dead broken flowers again.

I have never ever been so disgusted by the response of a guy called Ewen basically we were supposed to be up at 5am waiting for our flowers??? They were thrown over our electric gates apparently I think the guard dogs probably ate them !!!!! No flowers and told we were ridiculous and talking too loud and then put the phone down after telling not to bother!!! I am a CEO which makes no difference but I am shocked never ever use them he told me 39000 deliveries and we should be grateful👿
