“I only needed a short piece of tubing to fix a mongrel waterbutt arrangement, and was a bit embarrassed to order so little. I got just what I needed, securely and very quickly!”

“Misleading ad - thought I was getting one thing (with a built in filter) but another without arrived (meaning I will have to dismantle the whole thing when leaves clog it up) and when I suggested that embedding a video of another product in a page was misleading, my concern was dismissed by “it said in the small print”.”

“I already had two of their water butts from years ago and now I need to double my captured water, so I return to this company for two more 160L water butts. Although originally a great product the latest just take them again to a high quality. Service was fantastic, in fact 5* efficiency, free delivery and excellent recommendation for appropriate accessories. Queries were promptly dealt with and a very friendly customer sakes & service.”

“It was easy to fit and, now that we finally have some rain, is working well. It allowed me to fit the rain collector without having to cut the drainpipe in half, thus retaining the strength and correct lengths of pipework. The drain pipe is 68mm and I simply used the 70mm instructions. I found it useful to have bought a short length of 68mm pipe beforehand to create a practice installation.”

“Delivery was fast however part itself was not suitable. Washer on flush valve was not suitable and would not shut off the flush. To rectify this I had to remove the washer from the old valve and swap with the new one. If you are installing and not replacing, ensure you also order the correct washer, would be very embarrassing for and plumber/handyman completing a job. Otherwise grewt service from freeflush”
