“The chile products offered by this company is excellent. Having previously lived in NM for 20+ years I'm pretty sure my blood was tinted slightly green because of all the fresh NM chile I'd eat. Having moved to the eastern part of the US I really missed the taste of fresh NM chile but a friend referred me to The Fresh Chile Company products. Now I'm definitely hooked and am getting regular shipments of red and green chile sauce from them. I'm finally back to enjoying a regular infusion of NM chile. I recommend their signing up for a regular shipment of red and green chile. You'll feel much better in a lot of ways. Now if I could figure out how to make NM style sopaipillas at low altitudes?”

“This is the real deal. Not so much about the heat . . but the taste. So rich in flavor, like a fine bottle of wine. The after taste lingers on the palate while your nose gets the sniffles. Good Stuff.”

“This might be the best chili I've ever gotten! I bought a jar of green (haven't used it but have high expectations) and a jar of red and green, which we LOVE! Papa's salsa is so fresh and delicious. I might try hot instead of mild, but I love it that the hot doesn't overwhelm the chili flavor.”

“All their products are awesome and I love that you can choose your own desired level of heat. Recipes are helpful. The only downside is if you subscribe for a delivery every two months for a discount, it is extremely difficult to change anything. The easiest method is to "pause" the subscription and create a new one.”
