“I bought a log splitter from FRJones and the stop switch was broken in transit, packaging was noticeably damaged.
The staff at FRJones and in particular Matt Hawkins could not have done more to help and rectify the slight problem. I am delighted, no firm could have been more helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Bought an item as advertised on their web page, they gave me multiple dates for arrival (only when prompted), six months later no item, I requested a refund, they said yes, I didn’t receive the money - they said it was sent to my account- they sent me a screenshot of a refund transaction with no account details/names (blocked out) and said they couldn’t do anything. Next thing they pack up. Just like that. Unbelievable! They’ve just disappeared with my £300. Still owe me.”

They did not answer the phone after ringing for 20mins at 3pm on a Wednesday.. if you want to actually receive your orders in good time, go elsewhere.. fr jones has really messed me about with my last purchase”

“Terrible customer service. Advisors hung up on me mid sentence when requesting information then took a hostile tone when I called back. Then outright lied to me.
Goods took over a month to arrive, when they did turn up in three separate packages a week apart.
Mower was supposed to come with complementary oil it didn't.
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.”
“I’ve been ordering multiple stuff of these guys for years from chainsaws to ride on lawn mowers but I have had nothing but issues with them for this year have ordered various bits off them this year with order pushed back several times not happy with the service I have had this year at all When I called them to find out about my orders they give you a date then push the date back a month the day before the date they give you my advice find somewhere else to go”
